Is there any functionality within Arc Web Apps to click on a feature and have lines drawn to other features. I have a list of states and counts of how many people migrated to that state from other states. I would like to be able to click on a state (Florida) and have lines drawn from other states with larger lines representing larger migration counts.

I'm trying logo in a story map tour. The logo is the correct size, despite this whenever i change the logo it defaults back to the esri one. I have tried multiple logo's, even tried the solution listed here: https://community.esri.com/thread/213117-adding-a-cover-image-and-header-image-to-the-story-map-tour-side-panel-layout#c… Base on some googling this seems to have been an on-going issue for a long time, is there any solution to this?

It's insane that there's no way to update the widgets besides using the select tool. There should be an option to update them simply by clicking on the map. I can't expect any user to know that they need to click the select tool and then select a feature in order to update the widgets.

I am trying to get embedded content to change interactively when a feature is clicked on the map, rather than having the user click the selection tool and highlight the feature. The latter (current way its working) seems a bit clunky and non-intuitive for any non GIS user. Is this possible?

Aravind, Thank you for your response. I do already have many webapps set up using the story map swipe tool. I was looking to be able to use this same functionality within the popup of a layer. ex. Click on a feature to open a popup, the popup has a image comparison swiper within it.

Does anyone know how to get an image comparison slider like the one linked below to work in an AGO popup? Or have any examples of someone doing this? Thanks, Ben How To Compare Two Images

Sorry, should have been more clear. We currently do not have portal deployed. Thanks for the response! I'm hoping we move towards portal in the near future.

I have a webmap I'm developing and I'm looking for a way to have a clickable widget that switches between layers. Right now I have a bookmark widget set up that uses the layer visibility function of the widget to turn layers on/off when clicked; when clicked the bookmark also zooms to a specific location. What i'm wondering, is there a way to trick the bookmark widget into not zooming to a specific location? This way I could change layer visibility but not have the zoom to extent effect? Is this possible through editing the JSON or something similar? Hosting the webapp through portal and suing custom widgets is not an option currently/

I'm trying to embed a story map journal within another story map. Normally i can use the & embed tag to remove the header but this does not work with the story map journal. Is there a way to remove the header so that i can embed it in another storymap. I could just remove all of content but i would still have the space there.

Correct me if i'm wrong here, in order to take advantage of that slice widget I would need to recreate my app in Sceneview?

Hello, I am interested in creating a 3D scene in scene displaying a historical area of my community as it was in the 1930's. I have accurate 3D polygons representing real buildings from the 1930's. I want to texture the buildings using photos from that time period. This is fairly easy for photos that are taken straight forward facing the building front. However, it seems that the style of the time was to take photos of buildings at a corner from a 45 degree angle. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can texture buildings using these photos. Right now my best option is to manipulate the photo in photoshop, stretching it to the best i can to get a front facing image.

The new slice tool that came out in the latest AGO update is a great way to explore 3D data. I work with a lot of projects where Terrestrial Lidar Data has been capture for the inside and outside of structures and this tool provides a way of showing users both of these. However, the tool is difficult to direct a user to and if the Scene is being displayed in a web app you seemingly can't use this tool at all. It would be great if there was a widget created for the slice tool so i could display my 3D data in a web app and have users interactively explore using the slice tool.
