How are your licensing for ArcGIS Pro being administered. If they are concurrent use, check out this article here : Start ArcGIS Pro with a Concurrent Use license—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation and look at the Authorize ArcGIS Pro to work offline. If they are being administered through ArcGIS Online and you are the Admin sign into your arcgis online account and go to Organization -> Licenses, uncheck the box that says "Prevent members from taking ArcGIS Pro Offline". From there it should be the same steps as for concurrent licenses.

I have a group of 8 individual rasters currently set up as group layer in ArcGIS Pro. The rasters are not connected but share a theme. When I go to share as web layer the tool is telling me the my cache size is 14gb, but if I publish each individually the cache size is less than 1mb per raster. I'm assuming that when publishing the system is interpolating between my rasters, causing the high cache size. Does anyone know how to get around this?

Hi all, I'm having a few issues with hub i'm hoping you can help me with. First off, what is the purpose of the HUB administration group? Right now we have core teams set up for each of our Hubs so that we can have multiple editors on each, is this the correct workflow? A few of our hubs seem to have working dashboards displaying user activity and a few don't, what controls this? Right now many of our engagement overviews are stating "There was an error in chart generation" Lastly, when trying to change the sharing setting on a hub it seems that only the hub owner and organization admin can change this setting, core group members can not change the sharing. Is this as intended? Thanks! Ben

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to generalize the multipatch output from LAS Building Multipatch. I know that this is how its supposed to look, but in trying to minimalize the amount of vertical streaks and jagged edges but at the same time keep a general roof form. My footprints have already been regularized and look great. Any help is appreciated. Pictured attached for example.

I have a Hub that looks fine on windows but on mac many of my images are appearing smaller. Specifically, any image I have that is a hyperlinked image is appearing small. It looks like the image address for these images is setting them to 100 px rather than 100%? Thanks, Benjamin Mittler *I can provide example if needed.

I have a webmap embedded as an iframe in a webpage. I'm having an issue where the popup's won't display fully, it just shows the title and and arrow to expand the popup (which displays the entire popup at full screen). I came across this technical support article which was written a few years ago: Problem: Pop-ups do not fully display when clicking features in a Web AppBuilder application. I was just wondering if this is still the most up to date info? The only way i can remedy this is by increasing my iframe size? Thanks, Ben

Robert, I didn't know the Calcite Bootstrap existed or was a thing I could use with hub. I ended up replacing my table with the nav pills, thank you very much!

I switched it from a 1 row x 8 column to a 2 row x 4 column and it still overruns the page on mobile. Also changed from box to wide and that didnt help. Can you send me a message so i can send you a link to my hub?

I have a table on my hub that i'm having issues with. The table is 1 row x 8 columns, it displays correctly on my desktop but it seems to be the only thing that is preventing the hub from looking good on my phone. The table does not wrap and ends up sticking out way beyond the rest of my content. Anyone have any suggestions for this? Tried a few html wrap options but none worked. Thanks!

Hi all, I'm having an issue setting up events within my initiative. I have several events created within an initiative. On my hub, I have added the calendar widget. At the bottom of the calendar it has a button to see "all event"s. This directs you to yourhub.hub.arcgis.com/search?collection=Events However, the event page's actual address is yourhub.hub.arcgis.com/search?collection=Event therefore, when you click the "all events" button no events are actually shown.

Hey All, I just starting to switch over to the new storymap design and i'm having a problem with the "Embed" button. When I Embed a website within my storymap a button appears on the top right of the iframe that controls your ability to interactive with the website. It seems that it is always locked by default, is there any way to switch this? It isn't intuitive to the user to see content and not be ability to immediately interact with it.
