Not really, the features are essentially just being masked out of view, so if a user pans outside the state those features would still be requested but not displayed.

Do you know if the tile layer has resampling set to true? If you look at the tile layer rest endpoint from the item details page it would either be true/false. If its false the MV wont be able to resample the tiles past the generated tile range. "resampling":true,

We did make a change in API that reads the output that Pro writes which was added in the last release of Online and I think will be part of 11.2. If you can share the Pro project I can take a look to see if some map JSON tweaks could get it to work in 11.0

Label symbols like this are currently not supported at the API level which means Map Viewer and other apps will not be able to display them. To achieve a text symbol using the highway symbols for example you would have to use them in the layer symbol styling and set a text symbol on a marker symbol layer and link it to the field to display the value you want. You are using vector symbols either defined in Pro or in Map Viewer. These symbols are not supported in older clients like Map Viewer Classic or Web App Builder. You will need to use experience builder or instant apps.

You can use a sketch layer + blend modes to achieve this. Here I am using the polygon in a sketch with blend mode destination in to get only the fires and fire perimeters to be displayed. This looks like a difference in the output of using the solution tools vs. manual generation. The footprints look to be apart of the multipatches. The coloring and styling of the footprints matches the building type color value, if you enable edges the footprints also get the edges at the same time. I would ask this question in the solutions forum.

How did you remove the field ? If you arent use to updating the service definition yourself you can try opening the layer in map viewer classic, change to a simple renderer and then click on save layer. This should update the service definition where the drawinginfo will drop the TMONTH along with Type Field and the Type mapping to TMONTH. I think this should fix the queries looking for TMONTH in the outfields.

Yup, it looks like an issue with the query failing. I noticed the service uses TMONTH field in the drawinginfo and the Types ID field but it doesn't exist in the field list. This field is requested in the outfields and isn't present which is probably causing the query to change.
