To use unique values your data will need to have a raster attribute table. When I check out the service it looks this was created without the attribute table. The property on the service is Has Raster Attribute Table: False

I just did a quick test publishing a version of one of the layers with and creating an index on that field. It looks like the search is working as expected with the index created successfully. I shared that sample to the group you created.

In that scene that is a feature layer with points in it using a popup with a text element pointing to an image url. The points have a z value and are displayed at their absolute height.

Still looking at this but I think it might be some rounding taking place somewhere and then the types value could be off. This is possible with hosted services that have a fulltext index. This blog outlines how this works https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/searching-for-features-in-maps-and-apps/ When no index exists the search will do just a starts with search query.

For a field to be searchable and, therefore, appear in the drop-down menu, it must contain strings or integers and not use a coded domain. Integer fields only support the Equals condition.
