Could you share your map and service to a group and invite Collector4ArcGIS into that group and I can take a look at it. You can also try re-saving the renderers in the web map by changing the symbol size by 1 px, save that change by clicking on Save Layer in the web map on the layer and then resave the map and in the Collector app refresh the map gallery and download the map. Yup that workflow is improved in 10.2.4 update which is coming out soon. The app will search for basemaps when it is launched, when you go to download a map, when you open up the basemap tool and when you go into manage. Russ

So you are not seeing the option to Choose a Basemap after you tap the download button? Can you check under Manage section of the app that there are local basemaps available on the device? Thanks Russ

Can you share your map and service with Collector4ArcGIS and I can take a look at it. I would also enable debug logging on your server so you can see if any errors come up when syncing data back. Russ

I have not seen this error before on exporting a shapefile from a hosted feature service. I would recommend posting this in the AGOL forums and someone could help you there on that. You could also try exporting this as a gdb through the data management analysis tool which can be ran in the web map and that will add a zipped gdb in your My Content. Russ

Do any other accounts work on your phone? Can you try and sign in to AGOL on the browser on the phone or download Explorer for ArcGIS and sign in and see if your account works there? Russ
