Are you seeing both small and large syncs failing? If you could provide the error message you see on the screen when the sync fails that can help us determine the issue and because you are using server I would enable debug logging and see if the server returns any info as to why the sync is failing. ... There is not a size/feature limit with Collector 10.2.4. We did have a limit on Android in 10.2.3 but that was fixed in the 10.2.4 update. For #1 enabling debug logging on the server can help see if the issue with the sync coming back in is server related. #2 we do have that python script that was posted in the older forums which worked well features that are being created . You will need at least one editable layer in the map to have it appear in the collector. You can turn that layer off on the content control and it will not show up in the map until enabled under the content control in the app. ... View more

You need to have all layers with full editing enabled to be able to download them with the exception for version data will be read-only always in this current release. If you want your editable data to be read-only in the web map you can disable editing. When you do this the layer will not be editable when the data is downloaded. ... View more

Currently there is no way to have the sign in account used to access the Collector be used against an On-Prem Server. If you are using Portal for ArcGIS you can federated your server with the Portal and that can leverage a single sign on. Another thing you could do is create a Feature Service item for the secured AGS service and embed credentials with that but that will only be able to leverage one account at a time. Russ ... It looks like your search is setup against a county parcels layer PIN and not Facility ID field which could be the issue?  I created a copy of the map and changed the query to Manholes > Facility ID contains and did a search on 68-14600 and it worked. Another thing I noticed is the parcel layer is missing its geometry so if you do a query against the PIN field for that layer we cannot zoom to it because the service is not returning a geometry. I checked against the service at the REST and I saw the same thing there. ... View more
