When you login to the trial account you created you should see under your My Profile under arcgis.com trial org: Role Administrator Did you create your trial under this link? https://www.arcgis.com/features/free-trial.html Once you get signed up here you should get an email to activate your free trial and from there you setup your organization and will be able to upload that shapefile and check the box that says publish and create a hosted feature service.

So the app should be able to access the editing capabilities in this feature service. The thing you will to do is add in a dummy hosted feature service with editing capabilities so the web map will get the Collector type keyword. Try that out and see if the app can access and edit your feature layer. Russ

They will end up in the attachments table that is related to the feature class. Both of these will be in the same enterprise database. When you identify a feature in ArcMap you should see the attachments in the identify box for that feature.

It sounds like the map you created is using a shapefile layer and not a hosted feature service. You will need to publish your shapefile and then you will be able to use the hosted feature service to configure a find places off of that search. Publish features—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Cheers Russ

In the ArcGIS for iOS app there is no way to configure the internal browser that will popup when you tap on a link. If you want to keep it inside the app run a link through an image/media in the popup. On a side note - the ArcGIS apps are being retired from the AppStore, Google Play and Amazon app store August 30th. Here is a link to the blog post. Moving Beyond the ArcGIS App for Smartphones and Tablets | ArcGIS Blog Have you tried this workflow in Explorer for ArcGIS (iOS & Android)? Cheers Russ

Hey Agri, I would open the feature layer in ArcGIS Online and change the style of your feature layer to a blue renderer under the single symbol. This link should take you to the section of the doc that will explain how you can do this. Change style—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Russ

You can use your own hosted tiled service with an offline map. You need to enable your hosted tiled service with offline enabled through the item details or if you are doing this through ArcMap during the publishing process you will need to enable export tiles. Also tiles need to exist on the complete range. For example you should have tiles for levels 0-10 not just specific levels 0,3,7,10. In the second example I would switch it to use a custom tiling scheme to fit the different levels into a smaller number of levels like 0,1,2,3. If you do not want to use your own hosted tiled service but you want to use a tpk, you will need to generate a tpk in ArcMap, then sideload it onto your device through itunes if you are using an iOS device or through a file explorer if you are using Android. Go offline—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS If you are using a tpk you can create a web map using just one of the Esri basemaps and your feature services with sync enabled. When you go to take the map offline you select the sideloaded tpk in the app and download the data. Hope this helps Russ

I don't think your web map that is used in the story map is public. When I try to access the web map in the story map it is asking me to sign in. Also make sure all the layers in your map are set to public as well.

If your organization requires login and you are sharing the URL to your orgs story map it will prompt for login. If your story map is shared to Everyone and you share it with just arcgis.com URL and not referencing your org it will load without prompting.
