Hey Sergio, You will have to delete the map from your device under Manage and then it can be used in an online state. If you want to take it offline again you will have to download the map. In both cases you use the downloaded or side-loaded basemaps you have on your device. Cheers Russ

The workflow you listed is something we are working on building with the ecosystem of ArcGIS mobile apps. Check out this video from the UC Plenary from this year and you can see Craig giving a demo which is similar to your workflow. Check it out here: http://media.esri.com/arcstream/2015/07/4655-workforce-operations_960.mp4

Hey Kieran, When you specified the slides in scene did you use this step mentioned in the blog: It’s best to use the generic ArcGIS domain (www.arcgis.com) in your web scene URL rather that your organization’s domain (myorg.maps.arcgis.com) as this can cause a problem accessing your web scene if anonymous access to your organization is disabled.

Did you check out this blog on how to use web scenes in story maps? This might help you configuring your story map to the specific slides. Using 3D web scenes in Story Maps redux | ArcGIS Blog Under your account in ArcGIS Online do you see the feature layer there and does it say "Everyone" under its share column?

Hello Ahjung, Currently relationship class rules are not enforced by the feature service and are not carried over into Collector. I have brought this up with the teams involved. Can you log an idea on ideas.arcgis.com or a support enhancement so we can track the progress on this enhancement. Thanks! Russ

Copy and continuous collect on maps with relationships. If you are copying a parent feature that is not GlobalID based you could then be copying a PK and break relationships, likewise a child feature could be a parent for another relationship and that would break the relationship. There are a few other workflows where Copy and Continuous Collect could break relationships and right it is disabled in the app. This isn't saying that support for these workflows will not be coming but we do want to make sure when it is added it will not break any data relationships.

There is an option called "Filter Related Types" under the app settings that filters the child features from the template picker. This is in place to restrict the chance of creating orphaned related features. You can disable this option and it will allow you to create features for both the parent and child feature from the template picker with no restriction.

Hey Kate, The web scene viewer currently does not have an authoring experience for popups or for being able to configure your layers appearance unique or class break renderers. If you want to use these renderers I suggest bringing the feature layer into the Map Viewer first and configuring the renderer and popup there and clicking Save Layer which will add the popup info and renderer info to the item information. You could also create the scene in Pro and publish a web scene from there. We do plan on adding an experience for both of these features you are asking about. Keep the requests coming, we love to hear em and how you are using the web scene viewer. Russ

You can use data that is not versioned. You will need to have globalids set on your feature class if you want to take it offline. Your related tables can have 1 to 1 or a 1 to Many relationships that leverage GlobalID and GUID fields or it can use a user maintained PK to FK setup. You can use related data in Collector when authored in a web map from a 10.3.1 Portal.

If you have sync'd a device with itunes, can you try plugging it into your computer, syncing the device with itunes, clicking on the Apps section you should see a list of apps you have downloaded and your device screens. Can you find Collector in that list and click install and see if that will add the last sync'd version of Collector to your device. Russ

Not sure about the desktop issue you are seeing, it should be present there under the list of options when you right click on the feature class in the geodatabase in the catalog. Currently on hosted service that is not an option. You can set the service to be Add Only and as the owner/admin you can override that option by adding the service to a map with full editing controls. The full editing controls is only exposed in the AGOL map viewer where you can make edits will full Add/Update/Delete controls. This full editing option is not supported by Collector and will honor the feature service capability.

If you do not see it on the feature class in the geodatabase you can also enable this on the hosted feature service in ArcGIS Online. From the doc: Manage hosted web layers—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Allow attachments You can allow editors to attach images and other files to individual features in the feature layer. This is useful, as it allows you to share documentation or photos that are relevant to specific features. For example, a code compliance officer might attach a photo of the code violation for a specific address point, or a building inspector might include a PDF of a permit for a building feature. The file you attach to a feature can be up to 10 MB in size. For a list of supported file types, see Edit features. Be aware that the size of the attachments adds to the size of the feature layer. Follow these steps to allow people to attach files to features in your feature layer: You must first enable editing on the hosted feature layer. While still signed in to your ArcGIS Online account, open the feature layer's details page by clicking the layer in My Content. Click the small arrow icon next to the layer for which you want to allow attachments and choose Enable attachments. Now, when people edit the feature layer, they can attach files to individual features. If you decide you no longer want files to be attached to your feature layer, you can click the small arrow icon next to the layer in the feature layer's details page and choose Disable attachments. This will drop all existing attachments and prevent people from adding any more attachments.
