When you publish your tiled map service make sure you enable export tiles and set the export limits appropriately. through the REST endpoint, use the export tiles supported operation: http://serviceURL/MapServer/exportTiles then you can define the extent, compression and levels you want in the exported tpk. You can follow these steps Plug your device in to your computer. Open iTunes, select your device, and click the Apps tab. Scroll to the bottom of the window and choose Collector for ArcGIS in the File Sharing section. Click on the folder with the username and the replica ID Then Click in itunes the Save To button (this will save this folder selected in the previous step to your computer) Inside this folder there is another folder with your web map ID which contains the runtime gdb. Use the GP Tool Runtime GDB to File GDB to extract the data out of that database and have it in a file geodatabase where it can be merged into the final dataset.

you can first tap on the location where you want to collect the feature and then tap then in the pin result you can choose to collect a feature at that location. This will use the pin location instead of the GPS location. Russ

Yes you can do this with web maps and web scenes. As the admin of the org you can create groups that allow shared ownership of items in these groups. The creator stays the owner but other members of the groups can push changes to the original item. Share items—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Russ
