Hi Sonmus, You are quite welcome. Thank you for posting your solution. I'm not 100% sure, but it looks like the spatial reference of the point was not being converted properly from geographic to web mercator with your previous code.

Hmm, could have to do with the library locations. Check out these forum posts here and here, as they may shed some light on the issue.

Jaime has a good suggestion. Securing the map services will protect you at REST and in your application. Another option is to enforce security using IIS. Here are some links to documentation and resources about securing resources. Hope this helps! Hi Somnus, Welcome to Esri Forums! I see that this is your first post, thank you for posting your question here. I'm not 100% sure what the issue is, but I would suggest watching the web traffic made by the application when the point is added to the map. See if the this can be done with the simulator and Fiddler, using this documentation: Capture Traffic from iOS Device http://fiddler2.com/documentation/Configure-Fiddler/Tasks/ConfigureForiOS Watch the web requests and make sure the point is being added with the correct parameters. Hope this helps. -Noah

Hi Zahid, Welcome to Esri Forums! Popups are most easily configured in webmaps via ArcGIS Online. Try publishing all your layers of interest as webmaps, then load them in your iOS application. Hope this helps! -Noah

What version of Silverlight are you using? I would recommend re-installing the Application Builder, possibly the newest available version, and trying again.

They should all work with US Standard Paper - 8 1/2 X 11. 1) http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/silverlight-api/samples/start.htm#ExportWebMap Exports an image that you can save on your computer. You can experiment with what you want them to look like. 2) http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/silverlight-api/samples/start.htm#ClientPrinting Previews what the image will look like after you print it. This still requires you to set-up your hardware printer settings. If you want to print on 8 1/2 X 11, then you can do so, in either portrait or landscape mode. Hope this helps -Noah

No worries. Here's how to add a new basemap: 1) Click on "Settings" in the upper-right of the application builder 2) Select the "Basemaps" tab 3) Click the "+" button in the middle left of the screen to add a new basemap 4) Define the URL of the published, cached, new basemap you wish you use 5) Go back to the main page by clicking the blue arrow in the upper right 6) Go to Configure >> Basemap >> and select your new basemap

Hi Steve, One way to change or define the initial extent is in the "Map.xml" file in the Config folder of your application. Hope this helps! -Noah

Are you still having issues with this? We recently rolled out an update to version 10.1.1 of the iOS SDK that works with .tpk files larger than 2GB. I haven't seen an error message like this "Apple Mach-O linker Error" before, but there is a discussion here that you may find relevant.

Howdy, Unfortunately, this is a known software issue (NIM079517) in the Application Builder. One option is to modify the settings in the "Map.xml" file in the Config folder of your application. You can edit the basemap and initial extent here. Another potential workaround is to publish your own blank map and add that as a new basemap to the Application Builder. To do this, you can add a shapefile and choose "None" for Fill and Outline options, then publish it with caching enabled. Helps this helps.
