Kevin. In regards to the post I made today. i found out the culprit. It was a parcel layer that I added to map. Removed it, all seems fine now.

Yes custom basemap. However I just tried switching to an esri baemap and when they zoom in using the "pinch" method on the screen it crashes using either basemaps. We are using our own enterprise service, I built a web app with web app builder (Non-developer version) with the batch editor widget and when we use that it works fine no crashes when zooming in tight.

Hi Kevin In an unrelated issue that just came up today. Our iPad users starting experiencing an issue with collector where when they zoom in on their map collector crashes. We tried it on several iPads and my iPhone it did the same thing on all our devices. Have you heard anybody else experiencing this. Like I said it just started today. Collector was working fine up until today. Thanks

Robert I probably should have stated in my question that I am using the non-developer builder from inside AGO. If that changes things then i apologize. If it doesn't then how do I go about doing that.

I am trying to use the batch editor widget in app builder. it was working fine two days ago. now when I select a feature and I try to attribute the fields with domain values nothing happens. it won't show me my values. the dropdown arrow is disabled or frozen or something. anybody else experience this. I don't believe it is the database itself because it works perfectly fine when i edit my features in web map or in collector. it is only through the batch editor that it won't work.

The app launcher button on our arcgis online account is not working. was working fine yesterday. I click on it and nothing happens

Kevin So I did the factory reset and I am still getting the same behavior, where the map doesn't load but the layers list shows up. Then when I try to load a map with an esri basemap it crashes the app

Kevin Thanks for the info. So I am not sure what version it was shipped with. I did not look I just updated it to the newest one 7.0 but if i had to guess I am going to say that shipped with 6.0.1 since the tab s3 is the newest tablet. But I could be wrong. I will try the factory reset and keep you posted on the results.

Kevin Just an FYI, I was able to open the maps no problem through a web browser on the device. It is only in collector that seems to be having the issue. When I try to open a map with one of our basemaps, collector will just spin and the layers list will pop up, but the map wont load. But if I try to open a map with an esri basemap it crashes collector.
