Thank you ! I realized that the picture I first show you should have been like this. The one I show you is one small zoom into small area... My bad. But I have a question, should I create a polygon around it and then run the concave hull inside the polygon ? or is there a better tool for that ?

Ok. The 3rd layer is fixed. The layer is PLSS BLM First Diversion and the error that had the error “Drawing Alerts". So, I looked into the layer's label and found out that "Sections" python did not work properly. So, I duplicate the Label class "Sections" to PB. The PB is the one that had the error. In the Sections label, I use the expression to set "Is Not Equal" to PB then in the PB Label class, I use the expression to set to "Is Equal" to PB Then I went back to find the PLSS Basemap from the Living Atlas and review it... So that is how I fixed the problem. PHEW That is my summary.

I test 2 out of 3 layers and fixed it. It's because of the error I believe was in python code. I change it to Arcade and it seems to be working again..

I have a question for those that experience with labels issues. I have a datasets that was already prepared and pre-set . So when you use Task or clip from the original dataset. One of things I do was to check for labels to ensure it runs smooth... However, I found three of the layers has the error.. Here is the example of one of the layers I came across is Error 1 as example: Does it mean the Expression itself does not recongize from the attributes ? Thanks

Hi, I am looking for a tool either in ArcGIS Pro or FME , I have this points that has all the information I have . This layer came from CAD person and did digitize in points. They have all the same attributes . What I need to get all the points in grouping. Here is an example of the points. It is a campground. What I want is to get the points turn into a polygon of the same attributes. I tried using Envelope to Polygon but it doesn't take points. So I had to use dissolve and then use it. Is there another way around to do this ?

Yeah I save as a new project file with DWG_Georeference and test it with a few DWG files... I removed them and then exit . It exited very quickly.... I had a different project with a different name. I looked at the importlog...and it has 173 of them... Would that be the reason for taking a while to exit ? Just thought about that.
