Maxime Demers‌ are you able to expand a bit about the parameters you wish to be changed? I'd like to understand some more about which parameters you find yourself regularly having to switch, and how often you publish GP Services to get an idea of how regularly you are tasked with altering the default parameters. Furthermore, is this something that you would like to be configured at a per-site basis, or a per-user basis? For example, would you like all users connecting to the same ArcGIS Server to face the same default values, configured by an Administrator? Hi Roger, thank you for submitting this idea.  I've marked it as Reviewed, and I also wanted to let you know that we have a patch, released today, which should address the issues you are encountering at step 2 above with exporting your hosted content to fGDB using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1.  ArcGIS Server 10.6.1 Export from Hosted Layer to File Geodatabase Patch  I realize that this does not address the need to directly publish your Survey123 content to an Enterprise geodatabase, but hopefully this can help with any of your data housed in your portal. ... So that I have a full understanding of the issue here - you're looking for the ability to do something like hit a "Restart" button on the service, and it will do a Stop and Start operation. You mentioned it should "wait until there is not usage to do the restart" - So, ideally the Restart functionality would wait until there were no active instances being run before completing the restart? Furthermore, what issues are you running into now where this functionality would help? Any information about the services acting sluggish like you mentioned may be helpful, as there may also be other strategies that can help in the meantime while this request is being investigated.
