Looking into this more, still no word on the Center map and add point, BUT, for the Manual location options (Allow, Warn, Block) to work, you need to have the GPS metadata fields in your feature service. Then the Warn/Block options will work. However, with the Block setting and snapping off, (and the metadata fields) the ONLY point that can be added is at the GPS coordinates. BUG-000159708 R_

See my post above, then you can right click on the 'new' style and 'Share as Web Style' to share with AGOL. R_

I think you want to create a new style with only the symbols you want to export. So, in catalog, double click on a style and it will open the style manager. Right click and add a new Style: Then, you can open the style that you used for the map, expand Point symbol, hold shift to select the symbols you want, right click, copy, go back to syle manager, right click on the newly created style, and select paste. This will add the point symbols to new style that can now be shared and only contains the intended symbols. If you are using custom symbols (changed size/color/etc. from the original style), with just a few like that, it might be easier to just save them to the newly created style file. So, for this method, follow the above to create new stylx file, then go to the symbology tab for that layer. Click on a symbol and in the upper right waffle, select Save symbol to style: Give the style a name and select the new stylx file: Repeat for the other 4 symbols and you now have a style file that can now be shared. It's been a while since I did this as I'm now on portal and use dynamic services mostly. But, in Pro 3.2.1 I would create the map I want to make into a tile layer, then choose Publish Web Layer from the Share menu: Then in the configuration tab, I choose the tile scheme and adjust the slider to include the LOD's that you want: and I always checked the cache locally button, otherwise I would often get timeout errors: This will build the tile package in folder specified (C:\temp) and when done, will upload to the organization you are signed into, and build the tiles for you. What does it say right below that? The Tile Details should show which level have actually been built: And will let you bulid any tiles in the package that haven't been built yet. R_

To get to this, I opened the map from the link you supplied, selected the rendered lidar layer, then in the properties, expand Information and click the rendered lidar link: which opened up: and I clicked on the service link itself. If you are admin for that service, you can insert 'admin' in the rest service link and see more info about tiles completed, etc. https://tiles.arcgis.com/tiles/iiEO9Ir7FRiWwFTn/arcgis/rest/admin/services/Saddle_Butte_2024_WTL1/MapServer?f=html&cacheKey=b626087c85f68118 R_

When just looking at (which appears to be the Hillshade layer(s) in question): It shows as a tiled MapService with Min LOD (Level of Detail) = 12 and Max LOD = 17. If I load that into the old WAB to easily see the zoom level, you see that the service is becoming visible at LOD=12: then turns off once we zoom past the MAX LOD set in the service: So, doesn't look like it is related to the basemap after all. It is just drawing as per the LOD/tile scheme settings. R_

which makes sense. Desktop will have infinite zoom, however, Web map will only have the zoom levels allowed with the basemap. If you can't zoom in past 1:8000 (rather than the image just disappearing when zoomed in past that) I suspect the basemap you are using doesn't have tiles at zoom larger than 1:8000 (though, that doesn't sound quite right for a basemap). Can you share the web map (or basemap) that you are using? R_

Attribute assistant rules run on the layers loaded into the ArcMap project and are controlled by the table named "Dynamic Value". Not sure of your exact request as you state, 'from one feature to another' and 'data in different geodatabase are identical' If you are just trying to have the same setup, but pulling data from the 'new' geodatabase and not the old, you would first have to re-source the layers in ArcMap (or create new map with the 'new' layers) to the new geodatabase, you should be able to just connect to the same Dynamic Value table (or, copy it to the new geodatabase also), and the assistant rules should work as before. It is behaving as if at one time there were multiple monitors or the monitor resolution was changed (or other reason) and the File Explorer window is opening up off screen. You could try these steps: press the open button as in your image then, without any other clicks/keys, hold the <Alt> key down and press the spacebar ONCE (then release Alt key) this will activate the Move/Restore window (this would be happening off screen so you won't see it) press the Down Arrow key ONCE (this will select the Move option) and press enter ONCE. (again, this will be offscreen so you won't see it) Press any of the Arrow Keys ONCE and your cursor should jump to the top of the windows explorer window and you will be in "Move" mode (if this is your problem, the cursor will jump off screen). Now, without pressing any mouse or keyboard keys, move the mouse around to see if you can bring the the FE window back to the current monitor extents. It can be finicky as far as clicking/arrowing so if it doesn't work, might try the same procedure with notepad or other app that has the FE window visible so you can 'practice' the correct steps. In case this helps, R_

Yes, it defaults to the GPS location, but, I still have to select "Add Point", so the first part (Center the map and add a point at your location) isn't working. Only the 'Center the map' part is working, it does NOT add a point at that location. And, am still able to move the point, even though 'Block manual location' is selected. I even tried the 'Warn when manual location is used' setting, and can move/update the point all I want, submit it, with NO warning or errors. So, it appears as if they have included the option(s) to do exactly what you want, but failed to make it actually work. Hopefully someone at ESRI will see this and either point us in the right direction, or get a fix for this on the roadmap. R_ ( @KerriRasmussen )

This is what I was thinking, but my testing shows no change in the way it handles adding point features. This seems to center the map at your location, but does NOT add the point. And, does not block the ability to move/add at any manual location. Anyone actually get this to work? R_

no experience with enterprise 11.x, but earlier version are a little quirky with locks on services. Often, stopping the service is not enough to release the locks. Sometimes, seems more often than not, you need to stop the service, then restart the AGS service (or wait for several hours). Not sure if this applies in your situation, but pretty easy to test. R_
