Hi Ulises, I did test the workflow suggested in my link above.  It is easy to publish standalone tables to be used in an operations dashboard.  1.  Add the tables to ArcMap along with a feature class.  I wasn't able to publish just the tables without the feature class.  I think there are other discussion out there about this issue.  But once the feature class was added to the map then the "Share as service" option was active. 2.  Publish the service 3.  Access the REST directory and make note of the url for the tables 4.  Share the content on AGOL 5.  Open a new or existing operation view 6.  Add an external data source and browse to the table shared in step 4 7.  Configure widgets using new data source If you have issues with this please post back so we can learn together. Hi Roberto, We created custom pages on our intranet.  We too host our story maps on our internal ArcGIS server and found a simple html page to be the most effective advertising.  I suspect if you really like the gallery landing page you could deploy the content internally.  ESRI technical support may be able to help. Hi Kelly, Thanks for getting back to me.  I should have been more specific in my question, and where I posted, that we have this geoform application hosted on our arcgis server and not AGOL.  Although perhaps I could get my answer by making two hosted applications, one with sharing one without, and then comparing them.  Is it possible to download the code for hosted geoforms once you've created them?
