Nope there's nothing you're missing the max scale for this area is <LevelID>17</LevelID><Scale>4513.9887049999998</Scale> so you won't be able to view past this LOD. If you add this into ArcGIS Earth you will be able to continue to zoom in but the resolution will stay the same.

Hi, A colleague pointed an alternative that may work for you. In the case of utilizing a larger extent with a lower resolution you can edit the conf.xml to ensure the imagery displays at all zoom levels. This is explained in the post below https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-explorer-questions/make-tile-package-tpk-visible-at-all-scales/m-p/767931

Hi, Thanks for those details. I heard back from our Content Management Team and it looks like for the World Imagery there is a maximum export tile request of 150,000 tiles. This is specified here https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=226d23f076da478bba4589e7eae95952 They did say that they are looking to add better messaging/error handling when the max tile count is reached. In your case it does seem to me all of it should download for 7sq km. If you want to create a bookmark at the location you are downloading the map and then send me the bookmark I can try on my end. Otherwise the only other recommendation I have is to use an alternative imagery source for example NAIP imagery https://datagateway.nrcs.usda.gov/GDGHome_DirectDownLoad.aspx

Hi, I wish I had some better news for you but from a publishing to portal standpoint this slpk is unsalvageable. Essentially the problem is NearMap wrote out features resources and non-numeric node IDs which are in violation of the I3S specification. ArcGIS Pro will render this slpk because we won't load those resources for an integrated mesh. The features resources is something for 3D Object scene layers since they have attributes but integrated mesh scene layers do not have attributes. This fails in portal because in order to publish the slpk portal is expecting a valid slpk with numeric node ids so since it's not valid this fails to publish as a scene service. Our team has already reached out to NearMap to notify them of these issues so this should be resolved in newer versions although I don't have a specific version. The only path forward is if you have a contact at NearMap to see if they can provide a valid slpk or updated version of the software that writes out the slpk correctly. Please let me know if you have any other questions. regards, Andrew

Hi, It's probably best to clarify larger vs smaller...for me I zoomed in on a neighborhood using the World Topographic basemap and was able to take all zoom levels offline. Which basemap are you using? I reached out to the team in charge of this and am still waiting to hear back. thanks, Andrew

Hi, Are you trying to take a large area offline? Based on the help it says "Each tile layer has a maximum number of tiles that can be taken offline. If your map covers a large area, the maximum tile limit will be reached at a given scale." so it appears that you are reaching a limit here and one way to verify is zooming in to a smaller area and see if you can get more tiles. I'll reach out to the team that implemented this to confirm. thanks, Andrew

Hi, As this is a 3rd party package there could be a variety of causes. The easiest way to narrow down the problem is to run the I3S Validator on the package and see how it validates against the I3S specification. You can download the exe here > https://github.com/Esri/i3s-spec/tree/master/i3s_converter Directions on how to run the exe are here https://github.com/Esri/i3s-spec/blob/master/i3s_converter/i3s_converter_ReadMe.md Also, If you did have ArcGIS Pro 2.6 you can run the Validate Scene Layer geoprocessing tool which also uses the I3S validator. Please report the results back here. thanks, Andrew

Hi, The easiest way is to use the Download Map option on the Map Tab or Tile Package Kreator (second link). https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/projects/take-a-map-offline.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_50BF87B39D1046E8BD49EA6B40AD5DAB https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=9c9ddae83e5549bb88a2c22e87a18ba1 This will create a tile package. Since the tile package will be in Web Mercator you will need to add that to a basemap and then to a new global scene in order for the Create Mobile Scene Package tool to set the Scene's coordinate system as Web Mercator. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/mapping/map-authoring/basemap-and-elevation-sources.htm https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/mapping/map-authoring/author-a-basemap.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_65A60934882541EFA2130B51B34F9D47

Hi, have you looked at our integrated mesh modification and draping support at the ArcGIS Pro 2.6 release? I believe we already support the requested functionality seen in QGIS. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/mapping/layer-properties/the-integrated-mesh-scene-layer-in-arcgis-pro.htm https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/mapping/layer-properties/modify-integrated-mesh-layer.htm

Hi Karl, Some of this has been implemented and some is in the pipeline. Here's what we have for slpks so far: ArcGIS Pro 2.6: Integrated mesh modifications ArcGIS Pro 2.7: Support for projecting slpks in the Project Tool ArcGIS Pro 2.8/2.9: Support for clipping\merging slpks
