You don't need to change the layer; just enter your search string and Collector will search with the place search and layers.

Hi Matt -- You can search layers that are configured for search in the map. Please see Configure feature search—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS for details on how to do so. Would that enable the type of search you are looking for?

Sharing with the whole org won't work -- it is group-based sharing. I found that I had to refresh the Workforce app if I was already in the middle of project creation when I shared my map with an individual group. Were you changing the map's sharing while you were also working in Workforce?

Hi Goran -- Have you shared your map with any groups? Workforce shows you the maps that can be used in Collector that you have shared with groups, which is also how others will be able to access the map in Collector.

Hi Tim, sorry this has confused you! The option to sign out is part of the overflow menu when you are looking at your list of maps. However, on Android, how you access that menu depends on the device you are using. If your device has a button for menu on it (this is not part of the app, but part of your device) then you use that to access the overflow menu. If your device doesn't have one, you should see an overflow button (the three dots) on the screen. Open the overflow menu, and choose "switch account". To sign out instead of picking a different account, use the back button of your device to skip choosing a new account.

Hi Gary! I was able to see the same error with your survey. However, if you rename either your survey form or your barcode field so that they don't have the same name, it should work. I'll let the team know about this.
