Hi Matt -- When you log in to Collector, you'll see all the maps that have an editable feature layer. This includes those you authored and those shared with groups of which you are a member. Do you have a map with an editable feature layer that your ArcGIS Online account has access to?

Hi Ala -- Exactly how you will access the integrated map depends on the device you are using Workforce on: is it Android or iOS, and a tablet or a phone? There will be an option to "Collect at assignment" when you are viewing an assignment. Take a look at Complete your first assignment—Workforce for ArcGIS | ArcGIS (that's the Android phone topic, but you can change to a different device at the top of it). The steps there talk about using Navigator through "Navigate to Assignment." You'll find "Collect at assignment" and "Survey at assignment" in the same menu, assuming you are using a project with the integration set up and also that you have Collector or Survey123 already installed on your device.

Hi Lynne -- Have you added the tpk as a basemap through the Collector app on Windows? Detailed steps are available here: Go offline—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Once you have added the tpk as a basemap and have opened the map you want to use it with, you'll be able to switch basemaps, select the On Device basemaps, and see your TPK.

Hi Liz -- Yes, you can do that today. Start collecting a line feature, and on the map you can either tap to add a point, or you can tap "Use my location" to add a vertex where you are. If you want the streaming experience, there is a "stream" (iOS and Android) or "Start streaming" (Windows) button that starts it. Just don't start streaming and you can collect your shape manually. See Draw a shape—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS for details.

Hi Carlin -- Have you seen the streaming functionality available in Collector today? You can read about it here: Draw a shape—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS. Although that is a link to the Windows help, the same functionality is available on Android and iOS as well. Today you can set the streaming interval (how often a point is collected for the line/polygon you are creating). It doesn't keep separate information about each vertex of the line/polygon, but instead a single line or polygon feature is created. Direction arrows aren't used in the symbology today.

SD cards are supported in devices running a version of Android earlier than 4.4. See FAQs—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Update: With the 17.0.1 release in June 2017, using an SD card is supported on all verisons of Android.

Dual has updated their website to include v2 of the firmware. For the XGPS150A, see Universal Bluetooth GPS Receiver for Today’s Most Popular Handheld Devices | Dual Electronics and click the "Firmware" tab. For the XGPS160, see XGPS160 | Dual Electronics and click the Firmware tab. The help topic has also been updated to be clear that the version is about the device firmware.

Hi Randy -- thanks for calling my attention to this. The wording in that topic was unclear, and it has been updated. The sentence "Estimated accuracy is not available for internal GPS systems on devices." was about estimated accuracy: internal GPS does report accuracy, and that is what you are seeing in your data. Where that accuracy comes from depends on your device: If you are using an Android device with an internal GPS that outputs valid NMEA and there is a GST sentence, the GST sentence is used by Collector to record the accuracy. This uses root mean square (RMS) accuracy. If you are using an Android device with an internal GPS that outputs valid NMEA and there is no GST, but a GSA sentence, then the accuracy you are seeing reported is estimated accuracy. If you are using an internal GPS that doesn't output NMEA, or that is outputting invalid NMEA, the accuracy you are seeing is that reported by the device's location service. In this scenario, the way the accuracy is calculated is based on your device, and won't follow the formula for estimated accuracy that is outlined in that topic. If you tap on the Location Accuracy badge on the map, you'll see details of the accuracy you are currently getting. If it is based on GST, you'll see "(RMS)" after the number. If it is estimated, you'll see "(Est.)" after the number. If it is using the device's location service, it can be RMS (some Android devices without NMEA do report accuracy that same way).
