Hi Sam - I haven't worked with MMPKs in Explorer much of late, so I'm tagging a few other folks who'd better be able to help you: Mark Bockenhauer Joel Whitney

Hi Aaron - This is something we are targeting for the next release of Explorer on Android, expected later this year. If you are interested in testing it out, please send us an email at Explorer4ArcGIS@esri.com and we can get you involved in the beta once one is available.

Seeing these messages, I would guess that something with your layer has changed. If that's not the case, I'd recommend calling Support and opening a case with them.

Hi Francisco - After you republished the data, did you restart Collector and then try to use the map with the republished layer?

Hi Chris -- we've seen some issues with editor tracking fields that are affected by how the layer is created. How was your layer created? In Pro and published to ArcGIS Online, or within ArcGIS Online? Could you share the list of fields your layer has, or if possible your layer with Collector4ArcGIS (the easiest way is to create a group, share the layer with the group, and invite Collector4ArcGIS to the group). Another thing you can try is enabling logging in the developer settings on the iPad (triple-tap on your user name in the profile, and you'll see a "developer settings" option appear). You can enable logging in the developer settings, then reload the map, and see what information you learn. (Hope all is well! )

I'm glad you have a workaround. I just want to mention here that while it will work, the workaround should be considered temporary as those layers aren't designed for referencing directly. The regular basemap should work, and will once we fix this issue

Hi Jacquie -- I'm seeing that the features were downloaded, but as they are displayed under the streets, it's hard to tell. I tapped at the location where I knew one was, and then I did see the details for it. So it is there. I've logged this as an issue.

Hi John - Since you are using the Collector Beta, could you please post in the forum of the Collector Early Adopter community? That way the right people from the team see it, as well as other beta participants who might be experiencing similar things. Thanks!

Thanks for your use cases and feedback! The October 2019 update to ArcGIS Online included a fix so that when editing domains in ArcGIS Online, domains are renamed for all hosted feature services, not just those created through ArcGIS Online. This means that the fix of editing the domains again to get them renamed will now work for feature services that were published through ArcGIS Pro. Thanks again for your feedback and workflows, as it helped us to prioritize the work and get this fix pushed out.

This is done with a Join view (joining the hydrants and the related records) that is added to the map and symbolized (in this case, as a green circle) and has a refresh interval. This sounds like what you are doing, but the one thing that might be missing is we set a refresh interval of .1 minutes on the join layer -- this is how it appears so quickly when an inspection is added. Keep in mind that using a join view won't work offline - since the "Try it" maps doesn't support offline use, that was ok for our example.

I tried taking an area of your map offline on my iPhone with Collector 19.1.0 and it downloaded successful, but it also shows the streets. I made a copy of the map, and when using that map without downloading it (but using it connected) I do see the imagery. I downloaded a map area (on my device, not defining it through ArcGIS Online) and then I see the streets. I also reproduced this in another map using the Imagery Hybrid basemap in the default basemaps group of ArcGIS Online, so my feeling now is that it is tied to that basemap. Let me dig in a bit and get back to you.

I see you are using a map area that you defined in ArcGIS Online, and that downloading it shows the streets basemap. Did you ever use the streets basemap in your map? The map areas don't update automatically, so if it was created while you were using the streets basemap, and then you changed the basemap of the map, you'd have to update the map area to get the change to the map. Another way to test this would be to make a new map area and see if it shows the same issue.

Hi Jacquie! I haven't seen the behavior you mention where you are getting the streets basemap no matter what basemap you use in your map. Could you share the map with me where you are seeing that, and I'll see what I can learn for the new Collector? The easiest way is to share the map and layers with a group, invite user "Collector4ArcGIS" to the group, and post in this thread the name of that group and map so I know where to look. As to the issues you are having in Classic, is that with the same map, or a different one? Is this all maps you try?

No, this isn't something Collector supports. I'd recommend using other ArcGIS tools to do this once back in the office.
