The data are published as an ArcGIS Online hosted layer. I've tested with other feature layers published to AGO (by me and others) with the same issue. I'm not having any issues with file-gdbms, enterprise SDE or shapefiles.

When using a survey with a large number of questions and a submission URL, it can be difficult to find where schema changes need to be applied. When users go to re-publish a survey, the message will just tell the developer that X number of questions are missing from the schema, but not which one. It would be really useful to have the dialog list the field/questions that are actually missing. Some of our surveys have several hundred questions.

Additionally, disabled accounts should be filtered when configuring AGO accounts for Pro licenses. Currently disabled accounts appear in the list with the rest of active accounts.

I've noticed that some rows have a null for the question that uses the property("username") function. It is inconsistent and not specific to one user. Has anyone else experienced this issue? We use the username in conjunction with the pulldata function and a csv to auto-populate some other questions.

Thank for the response Jeremy. We tried the input mask but it has inherent limitations. It works great for things like phone numbers, but our users were encountering problems validating if the number of characters did not exactly match the input mask. Namely they wanted to use this for a free form text field for some inspection narrative.
