Odder ... you got me there. No one (other than admins) should be able to see that map. Something for your local Support to follow up. Could try adding a group called HiddenMaps and then only have yourself in it. Expected behaviour is must be in a group (and editbale) to be displayed in Collector. ... View more

Hi Scott I use Portal not AGO ... though I suspect workflow in Collector is the same? First paragraph the same for me. When I go to Manage -> Remove I have the option to "Remove features and basemap" OR "Remove features only" The second option keeps the already downloaded basemap on my device. ... View more
