Thanks @IsmaelChivite ! I'm familiar with how the locators in my organization work and you're correct, I don't want to change them just for this one survey. The second option - geocode appearance - is EXACTLY what I need. We don't care about the map in the survey at all. Problem is.... I built this survey using Connect and would like to keep it that way. Any idea when this functionality will be in Connect?

Hi - I'm building a public-facing Survey123 in my ArcGIS Enterprise. As part of the form, I want the user to enter an address on a map and have that address populate a field below so I can use the address data in reporting. So far, I have a geopoint field where the user can click on a map and type in their address of interest. Once they choose an address, I have a reversegeocode set up where the address gets populated into a new field (for reference - the address is based on a specific geocoding service that I specified the URL for: pulldata("@geopoint",${location},"reversegeocode.address.Match_addr","geocode server URL")) This is where my problem is: I have a bunch of geocoding services in my Portal. They ALL show up as dropdown options in the geosearch, but really I only want the user to be able to see address options from one (the same one I designated in the reverse geocode field). I know that can be manually set by clicking the Globe on the left side of the search bar on the map, but this workflow is too complicated for the people using this form and I just know it will cause problems. Is there any way to get it so that the map only geosearches that one geocoding service? THANKS! Shelby

Zach - thank you SO MUCH for going through this. If I can't get the signature to work, we can't do the project, so I'm very glad to have you looking at it. I'm going to go through the tests you suggested this morning. In the meantime, here are a few answers/comments: 1. I definitely built the survey in Connect so I'm not sure why you are seeing that it was built in Web Designer. There is no field worker view, but there never was one. My other surveys published from Connect don't have Field Worker view, just stakeholder. 2. So far, this is the only behavior where this is observed. 3. I have previous surveys (published at 10.7.1) that ask the user to take a photo. The images have always worked fine with this survey. I don't have any other surveys with a signature, though. I can do a test of this today. 4. We do not have any file size or data restrictions for this environment. Let me know if you'd rather switch to email or keep going back and forth here. Thanks again! *Update 1*: I AM indeed able to add an attachment in Pro with no error. I can view it in the feature service in Portal. If you look at the service, I added an image to ObjectID #2 in Pro.

I created a survey via Survey123 Connect. It's public and everything seems to be working properly on the front end. My problem is: I have a signature field, and I'm submitting forms with signatures, but I can't figure out how to see the signatures on the back end in the feature service. In the feature service, it says there are 0 photos/files, no attachments. I tried looking at the service in a web map and in the data tab of the Survey123 website and it looks like the signature field doesn't even exist in the schema (though it's definitely in the survey and in the schema preview in Connect). I also tried creating a Feature Report and the signature field shows up blank. Am I missing something? I'm using Enterprise 10.8.1 and I was under the impression that signatures/attachments are supported. Any help is greatly appreciated - thanks!

You’re a genius! It was shared only with my org - I would have never figured that out. Thank you!!!

No custom basemap. The switcher looks like it's using the basemap that is tied to the web map that was automatically created when I made the survey. But, the web map and all of it's contents (just the basemap) are public. I tried switching basemaps and still find the same login prompt.

I just published a survey that I built in Survey123 Connect (version 3.10.239). I'm using Portal, not AGO. I set everything related to the survey to be shared publicly. The survey loads find and users can submit data, but there is a problem with the geopoint/map question. I have a standard geopoint map where a user can seach for an address or drop the pin to their location. However, when the user starts to type in an address, a pop-up prompts for a sign-in to my Portal. If you close out of the prompt, you can still search for a point, but after each letter that you type, it prompts for another sign-in. It makes it not functional. All of the geocoders are public, the survey is public, the feature service is public, the web map for the survey is public... what else could be going on - why is it asking for a sign-in that you don't need? When I'm signed-in to the Portal, I don't get the prompt. Image attached of the sign-in prompt that pop-ups whenever you try to search for an address. Thanks!

I'm having this SAME PROBLEM. I absolutely need 48 zones, but never get more than 45 and I've run it a bunch of different ways. The whole point of running this tool is so that it returns the specified number of zones... isn't that why there is a Number of Zones option?! I cannot figure out why it's not working and it's driving me crazy. I don't have time to guess an input number of zones over 48 and hope it comes back with 48.

Hi - yes, the data is coming from a SQL Database view that refreshes every 15 minutes and the results show right away. The DAR date is auto-populated in the view, it is set to equal the current date.

Thanks Robert. I did already adjust my date field for Eastern Time though; and it shows correctly in the pop-ups and attribute table in the web map. It's only when I query the data that the results are wrong.

Hi Jake, apologies if this has been asked before but I'm having trouble with using the script with ArcGIS Server. I believe the problem is my Portal Server URL, but not sure what to adjust to fix it. Is it because I'm using a web adaptor URL? Here is a screenshot of my inputs and error message: Thanks!

Hi - I have a Portal 10.7.1 web map with a registered feature service in it. The feature service has a time zone property set to Eastern Standard Time with Daylight Savings (this is the time zone the data are in). There is one date field in the data. The pop-ups and attribute table for the feature service correctly display this date data, however, when I filter the date field via the web map (or the filter widget in WAB), it displays incorrect results. The filter gives results for the day AFTER the day that I filter. For example, if I filter "DateField is on 9/26/19", the attribute table and map will show all the records where the date field is 9/27/19. I've attached a screenshot showing this example. I've tried deleting/publishing a new service, setting time properties in Pro vs Server Manager, publishing from Pro vs ArcMap...all yield the same thing. I have a ticket in with Tech Support but they are stumped and I'm hoping someone in the community has advice. Thanks!

Given how old this idea is, I'm surprised it hasn't gotten more votes and views. This is a major issue that is only going to get worse with time as more and more features are introduced into AGOL. Even at 10.7.1, my Portal is not in sync with the latest AGOL update. Why is this a big deal? Many reasons: I can't use distributed collaboration with newer apps that aren't supported in Portal; my end users get confused between why they can do certain things in AGOL and not Portal; and as an administrator, I have to keep on top of the changes in both platforms and wait patiently to do something in Portal that I know is possible in AGOL. What scares me even more is the future... what happens when AGOL introduces the new web map viewer later this year? According to a presentation I went to at the UC, the new map viewer won't be in Portal for at least two more releases. This means a completely separate experience for making maps in AGOL versus Portal for years and no ability for distributed collaboration with these maps. It's also frustrating as a mainly Portal user to have to wait so long for functionality that exists in AGOL. I know that the reasoning is complex, but I'd love for the Enterprise and AGOL teams to really sit down and think about the future and how they can get these two products in sync. Maybe an easier Enterprise upgrade where you can upgrade just Portal? I don't know, but something needs to change.
