Hello! I'm working on a survey within Survey123 Connect that requires a specific window of time to be open/closed throughout the year. I'm working on a test survey to play with the functionality of the Survey Status section within Survey123 in ArcGIS Online. I selected the date/time for my survey to open and close for the day and tested it out. The survey closed and I was able to view the screen which explained that the survey was closed. I went back into survey123 within AGO to configure the date/time window to extend the timeframe and open the survey back up. I received this message when trying to submit a survey: Am I unable to extend the timeframe for surveys? Thanks.

Hello! My organization has a story map that is built using the Cascade template. It currently has bookmarks at the top of the page to navigate to specific sections within the story map. I was wondering if it was possible to hyperlink to these specific sections from outside of the storymap? For example, from within our own website, to have hyperlinks that will navigate to specific sections. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, I have a point layer within my map that I would like to turn into a map series that focuses on each point. The point layer contains related images that I would like to display within the map layout. Is it possible to include these image attachments within the map layout? When I add an image to my current map series, the dynamic image section seems to be grayed out. Thanks.

Hey @ReeseFacendini, I believe I'm passing a single item into the script with just the item ID. If I still need to iterate through my items, how would I do so? Thanks.

Hey @ReeseFacendini , Thanks for the info! I'm using notebooks within ArcPro on a machine within our network. After trying to connect to our Portal, I receive this message. I'm on step 2 of this guide - https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000022252 I've entered my portal URL and my username and password. Is there something different I should be doing or does something need to happen on the Portal end to enable access? Thanks.

Hey @ReeseFacendini, Good to know we don't need an advanced license. I am using the notebooks within ArcGIS Online. Our Portal is not public facing.

Hello! I'm trying to clone items from our AGO to our organizations enterprise Portal and vice versa. When connecting to my AGO account through the notebook it seems to work just fine. It alerts me that I am logged in as an administrator. When connecting to my Portal account it throws a number of errors including a connection error. Do I need to be an administrator to complete the cloning? Is there any issue with our portal being behind a firewall? and lastly, is an advanced license of Notebook server required for this? Are any of the ArcPy modules required for the cloning process? We currently only have a standard server license. Any help on this topic is appreciated. Thanks.

Hello! I created a survey for our team which tracks our projects. One of the fields within the survey is a "File" type where users attach PDF files. The survey is embedded within an Operations Dashboard for users to update the survey when necessary. Is it possible to open up the attached PDF within the survey? It doesn't seem to allow us to do so within the embedded survey. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey @DrVSSKiran, Thanks for the response but I am familiar with the general setup of Power Automate and creating a webhook. What I'm looking for is a way to set up my flow to look for any changes in the Comment field within the my survey. The Comment field is a single text field that is edited. Ideally I would like the flow to look for any character changes within that field. If there are no changes within the comment field, I wouldn't want an email to be sent if another field has been updated and the survey submitted.

Hello! I have a survey within an Operations Dashboard that periodically gets updated by staff. I would like to have Power Automate send an email every time a comment field has been updated with new information. There are other fields in the survey that get updated as well. I currently have my automated flow set up where it looks for the comment field to not be NULL, but anytime any other field is updated, an email for the comment field is sent out as well because its not NULL. Is there a way to specify new characters within a condition within Power Automate? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hello! I'm creating a survey which contains a field to select a member within our department. I would like the next field to automatically populate with the email of the member selected in the previous question. I have my names and emails in my choices sheet currently. Would a choice filter selected() need to be created or pulldata() be used? I'm not sure of the proper way to set this up. Thanks!
