Hi James, The article you're referencing is for the Javascript based extensions for Operations Dashboard.  There are 2 types of ways to extend an Operation View- this new JavaScript way (supports desktop and browser views) and also the older WPF platform (desktop views only). If you are missing the radio button and using the new JS extension, check that your portal is updated to the 10.4 release.  This is the first release for ArcGIS for Portal customers. If you are using the older "add-in" type of widget, when you click on Add Item, choose From My Computer and browse to the folder to upload the extension. Thanks, Chris ... View more

Horia and I worked together on this.  It looks like even though Slack has XMPP capabilities, these are limited to only using chat in Operations Dashboard.  Through our chat widget, you have the ability to send map notes and extent updates, which are not supported through Slack. Horia, The chat widget should be working properly.  As with all widgets, it went through testing last week when we released 10.3.2.  I can tell you that I personally tested it and everything was working as designed. OK, yours might be a different issue then.  The screenshot tells a lot- your OBJECTID field is just a name, not a true OID field since it's an integer field.  A true object ID field is maintained by the database and has a specific field type: This could be the problem and can cause widgets to fail. Hi Karen, Your issue (maybe different from Ryan's) is BUG-000088087 - The count value in the Summary widget in Operation.. We're currently looking in to this issue.  The fault could be tied to the Object ID field, which we're investigating.  If you look at your table layer in REST, does it have the ESRI_OID as it's Object ID field? ...
