So after reviewing the data, it was found that most of the fields were string type and those will not work in charts that are looking for numeric fields to display data.

To everyone using 32 bit OS- we released a new version of Operations Dashboard last night to ArcGIS Online that supports both 32 and 64 bit. This version number is listed as 10.3.2.1115. You can download here: http://www.arcgis.com/opsdashboard/OperationsDashboard.application

based on your assessment, just the data and portal map. If the widget doesn't allow it, I should be able to see that in any dashboard.

If the data is shared to a group, can you add my account- colsen_nitro to it and I can take a look? Or do you have a test account you can send? Thanks! Chris

Hi Tiffany- Maybe there is something with your dataset that is causing this? Are you using a feature layer from with in the org, or a service URL from ArcGIS Server? Or even if you pull the URL from the org and try that? Thanks, Chris

Moreover on Freddie's point- one of the other advantages of using Javascript based widgets instead of WPF is that they will work in both desktop and web Dashboards. The WPF extensions only work in desktop and as Freddie mentioned, support will be ending for those soon, so if you have not started any extension building yet- go with Javascript and if you have some in WPF, please start migrating. -Chris

I thought that was the case... It looks like the last update on this one was in March and we have had 2 releases since then, so chances are the widget isn't compatible anymore. I don't know of any Print widgets available right now, but this might be a good sample for us to look at doing. We are encouraging all users to migrate to using the new JavaScript extensions for Ops Dashboard instead of WPF. These new extensions have the ability to run in desktop and web dashboards, so you only have to write the code once to use both ways.

For the record, there is no out-of-the-box Print widget that Esri provides. The list of supported out-of-the-box widgets are here: Types of widgets in operation views—Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS | ArcGIS

OK thanks. For Portal 10.3.1, the ability to switch themes in web is not available (it will be in 10.4). It was released for ArcGIS Online organizations in July. The second issue with the icon is a build issue. When portal gets built, the file names have case sensitivity that may not have been updated correctly. We noticed this on some other icons as well. I have logged an internal issue with our developers to fix this issue for the 10.4 release. In the meantime, you can browse to that folder on the server and change the name from Expand16.png to expand16.png.

Hi Gustavo, Is it a custom point symbol, or one from Esri? Does this happen on all feature services? If it is shared, can you send me the url? Thanks! Chris
