Have you tried looking for and deleting the ArcGIS_Collector folder through your device's file manager? (There might be a folder named something like ArcGISApp too?)

We've seen this on the latest Android version of Collector on a new Nexus 9 device with one named user - a few kills and restarts of the app have usually sorted it for us.

I've seen this too, though not that severe.. is this on Android? It would be good for you to report this through any avenues you have in to Esri to get it bumped up the priority list.

You should be able to setup search for one field per layer in your AGOL web map which will then be searchable in Collector from the search box. AGOL has a drop-down in the search box to limit searches by layer but Collector has a one-box-does-everything way of searching.

No problem, if you get in touch with Esri also this might increase the priority of these issues with them.

I think it is reasonable to assume that you should be able to close Collector on the Nexus and it should still work offline, I've also got a reproducible crash related to this so I will log the whole thing with Esri after testing with another Android device.

Is the problem that the map list never shows when wifi is disabled, so you can't enter the offline map? I think I'm seeing this on my Nexus 9. Edit - a full device restart made the map list work.

If you stop Collector being able to use your device's location you'll have to place the point yourself, or you can let it place the point then move it, or you can long-press on the map then choose "Collect here".

It depends what you mean by custom Greg - you can create pretty comprehensive forms from your feature classes right now, but you can't do the 'smarter' form things you might want (e.g. if A then ask B, if C then ask D, E and for a photo) right now.
