Hi Brittney, Please check that your JSON is valid. I use an online JSON Validator to make sure my syntax is all good. The .info file will keep overwriting itself if your JSON is invalid. - Hannah

If you have a standard license for AppStudio, there are a couple of extra properties you can set for the Map Tour template using the desktop tools. This includes using a custom sort field to control the order of the points in your Map Tour. Use the Customize App option on the AppStudio website to download your app and use the desktop tools: You can open the Settings tool to edit your app and set the following properties: maptour_customSort (true/false if you are using a custom sort field) maptour_customSortField (the name of the field in your data that holds the values to be used for the sort order) maptour_customSortOrder (asc/desc do your values sort ascending or descending?) Let me know how this works for you, - Hannah

Hi Craig, Be sure to check that your JSON is valid by passing your code through an online JSON validator. This happens to me all the time - I have forgotten a comma or a closing bracket and after publishing the survey to ArcGIS Online, the file will have removed the bad JSON. Let me know if this helps, Hannah

Hello, If ArcPad cannot create a folder, there are a couple of things to looks at: - Do you have write permissions to the location where the QuickProject will be created? - Is there enough disk space available for the folder to be created? Hope this helps, Hannah

Hi John, AppStudio is designed to make developing cross-platform apps easier. This includes providing a cross-platform app building service and easy-to-configure templates. There is no need to invest in multiple development environments - you can configure and build apps using the AppStudio website. For those who want to use AppStudio to develop their own apps, we have included the AppStudio Framework to simplify cross-platform issues, such as scaling displays and accessing files. If you use the SDK, there will be C++ involved. AppStudio is a QML only development environment. Hope this helps, Hannah

When you select the green checkbox to finish your survey, you will have the option to either **send now** or **send later**. If you do not have an internet connection, you can only send later. Surveys that have been saved to send later can be found in the **outbox** for your survey: Open your outbox when you have internet connection to submit your surveys. Sent surveys can be reviewed in the **sent** box: Hope this helps, Hannah

Hi Lieven, You are only able to publish to the Apple Store using a Mac. There is no way to publish from Windows. E.g., the tools you need to generate certificates for your apps are only available on Mac. Hope this helps, Hannah

Michael, We have raised this issue with our development team. Unfortunately, there is no reliable way to set the language used for field aliases or coded value domain names when there are multiple languages used in your survey. I forced the default language in the form xml, but even that did not seem to impact the language used when creating the feature service. I have been able to change the language used by editing the names in the label field columns and republishing the survey - but I can't control which language is used. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful, - Hannah

You can also use NOTE fields to display information on the form. This is more powerful than just using a hint as you can combine notes that contain pictures, text and audio, as well as HTML formatting to communicate your message. For more information on NOTE fields, see: Survey123 for ArcGIS support for XLSForm - Hannah

Hello Zdenek, Are you using Git to manage your project? You will need to remove the Git files from your project before you upload it to ArcGIS Online. In the next version of AppStudio, we will be able to ignore these files, but for Beta 4, you will have to remove them yourself. Thanks, Hannah
