@PaulStanley I believe this topic has what you'll need to enable the layers for Offline use: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/publish-services/windows/prepare-data-for-offline-use.htm Even though the field crews will not be editing the layers; they still need to enable those layers for offline use.

Hello @Hussam_AlJabri I don't have any updates on the patch. It's still a consideration but other priorities are precede it. Our recommendation continues to be to use the Python API workflow to enable the Workforce to Field Maps integration.

Hello @ITGroups Have you followed the exact steps outlined here. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/workforce/android-phone/help/workforce-enterprise-support.htm Using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 or later—Set the showInAppLauncher property in the portal's configuration file to include Workforce for ArcGIS. @JakeMatthys Does the ability to filter the workers (at the top of dropdown) help with this at all? We don't have any plans to support ordering by last name; this would be a breaking change to support as we're currently supporting the worker name in a single field. We would consider supporting this if we moved to using the named user itself as opposed to the Worker/Dispatcher layer/table.

Hello @mackenzie_firstname unfortunately, this is a by-product of the move to offline support in Workforce and by design. This is due to the same underlying behavior that also causes the Mobile Worker information to not be update-able after the Worker has signed in. Short of asking your Workers to remove the downloaded project from the device each day; there's no other way to handle this. It is something we're looking at solving with the move of Workforce into Field Maps. But we do not have a solution planned within the Workforce app. Craig

@CrazyGIS @JakeMatthys Great question - this has always been a tricky area for us on the Workforce team - we've discussed various scenarios but they all have similar pitfalls to what Jake mentioned. We do see an area to improve this; once Workforce moves into Field Maps but unfortunately, that will only be for creating/updating features within Field Maps. When calling out to other apps - Workforce no longer has the context to know what is happening in that other app. Once we start looking at this when Workforce is in Field Maps, that will help us to understand how we could address this other apps; such as Survey123. Until then, setting up a QA/QC process as Jake has outlined is the way to address this.

Hello @mackenzie_firstname Unfortunately, we don't have any plans to change this behavior in Workforce or as part of the effort to add the Workforce capability to Field Maps. We now require the assignment to be Started before any changes are made due to how the changes are sync'd with the feature service in the Organization. If we allowed the Notes to be added prior to Start; it would result in edits being overwritten. Are you open to a call to discuss your workflow with Workforce to dig into this a bit further? thanks, Craig
