@ISDEsriNeA @SharitaU the issue is as @julian_svcs mentions, there is a trailing empty row in the csv file - this is bug in the template that we've addressed but older versions of the template file still exist. Removing the trailing empty line will address the issue and allow the import verification to proceed. I've attached an edited version of the csv that @SharitaU first posted. @ISDEsriNeA when you mention it is still not working, can you clarify?  Does it fail with an error and if so, what is that?  As @julian_svcs mentions, if you can, uploading the csv will help to quickly diagnose the issue. ... Mark, You should be able to workaround this by ensuring that all fields are added to the feature template, prior to publishing the data.  This is the bug in Field Maps, we're only looking at the list of fields in the feature template when populating the list of fields under Default Values. @MikeOnzay I dug in to this a bit more.  You'll need to add the Administrative privileges > Content > Update privilege However, even when you do that, there's a bug in Field Maps (and probably Online) in that, we're not honoring that privilege to allow you to update the List (i.e. Coded Value Domain) I've got an issue in our backlog to address for the Fall release of Field Maps. @MikeOnzay Is the user able to manage the list through the Data tab on the Item Details page for the Feature Layer in Online?  We're following the same rules re: updates to feature layers as Online is.   I believe I've got a user set up like yours, my user is unable to edit the List in either Online or Field Maps. @elpinguino Have you identified the edits you've made to the Assignment Integrations table as the cause of the failure? Do you have another Workforce project without those edits that you can test to see if this is a failure also occurs with it?
