1. not in this release. However, this feature (configurable processes) is coming soon. 2. Perhaps you could label mission critical services and use this label to create collection. FYI, there will be analysis template based on this approach in the gallery shortly. 3. Yes, we hope this feature to be available by July 2023. @FraserHand

FraserHand. Thank you for this helpful feedback. To answer your questions: 1.1. Batch editing of labeling and alerting rules is scheduled for 2023.1 release (July 2023). 1.2. There is no way to disable the observer for selected services. However, we'll be able to batch edit alerting rules in 2023.1 update. 2. There is no COTS Excel Report. Bob, the latest version of ArcGIS Monitor includes ArcGIS Server info - this extension is not required anymore (removed from the gallery). Please see ArcGIS Monitor for these new features, e.g.

Dustin is correct, the issue is access to ArcGIS Enerprise Admin API. This is general rule for ArcGIS Monitor. If you can access from one machine, this is recommended deployment. If not, use distributed. Note, in your case, you could potentially access Admin API directly through machine:port, (not DMZ web adapter).

To follow up, Esri Tech Support was able to determined this problem was related to SMTP error, not ArcGIS Monitor.

Phil. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We logged a bug. I believe a workaround is to close and open Administrator.
