1. not in this release. However, this feature (configurable processes) is coming soon. 2. Perhaps you could label mission critical services and use this label to create collection. FraserHand. Thank you for this helpful feedback. To answer your questions: 1.1. Batch editing of labeling and alerting rules is scheduled for 2023.1 release (July 2023). 1.2. There is no way to disable the observer for selected services. However, we'll be able to batch edit alerting rules in 2023.1 update. 2. There is no COTS Excel Report. Dustin is correct, the issue is access to ArcGIS Enerprise Admin API. This is general rule for ArcGIS Monitor. If you can access from one machine, this is recommended deployment. If not, use distributed. Note, in your case, you could potentially access Admin API directly through machine:port, (not DMZ web adapter).

A single machine is sufficient for most cases. See ArcGIS Monitor system requirements—ArcGIS Monitor | ArcGIS Enterprise Hardware requirements A dedicated server machine with 4 CPU cores, 16 GB RAM, and an additional 2 CPU cores and 4 GB RAM per monitor service.
