@Joshua-Young You can use the approach outlined above. There are a few other ways to do this as well. The syncing btw environments could also be accomplished in many ways using ArcGIS. Whatever works for you and your organization is best. For example, using ArcGIS Data Pipelines to sync the layer information between AGOL and AGE. ( This syncing could also be done via python scripting, using an ArcGIS Notebook, and a variety of other ETL\sync workflows.)  A tip for identifying the internal and external lineage of apps would be to use the ArcGIS Solution Diagram and help documentation to understand public facing maps, apps, and layers, as well as what is truly internal as well. AGOL Assistant works well to "swizzle" layers and item ids and layers, especially when the schema's are the same.  One thing to consider when swapping layers, any layer that is using the Living Atlas should not be swapped because the id is the same for AGOL and AGE. For example, in Emergency Management Operations we have the USA structures from the living atlas and that id wouldn't need to be switched. This isn't always clear in the code. Another tip to think about, look at the version of the solution item in AGOL and the version of Enterprise you are using. Matching solution item version means the included layers, maps, and apps are the same in the majority of cases. If the versions are out of sync then using the release notes at the bottom of the intro help topic will give you a better understanding of what could be different and identify any adjustments that will have to be accounted for.  ... Hi Ryan, Have you looked at the newest version of the Fire Service Maps solution? This is an interesting idea. Unfortunately, the current architecture doesn't allow for decoupling. Without getting too deep into the technology, we have dependencies on product versions, and associated Enterprise versions which makes this approach not feasible at this time. Hi @ArcGISDev,  We too have been finding it challenging to stay up to date with FEMA. FEMA actually just updated the Digital Damage Surveys again in June this year. As for the question about staying up to date with Damage Assessment solution, and the aligned FEMA schema in Enterprise. Our team has been trying to balance the alignment in Enterprise as well, we found that users don't upgrade Enterprise frequently (which is expected). What this means when we are shipping Damage Assessment (leveraging the FEMA schema) on Enterprise, by the time users upgraded the Enterprise environment the FEMA schema is already out of date.  Because of this challenge we decided to continue to support Damage Assessment on ArcGIS Online only, to ensure we could frequently update and stay in sync with FEMA.  There isn't straightforward away to get the version of Damage Assessment 3.1 (Available on Enterprise 11.1) onto Enterprise 11.3.   In saying that, we welcome feedback on changing the approach we are taking. Hi Sero,  The CrimeAnalysis.zip has been deployed in your organization based on the screenshot above, to get the addinx and ArcGIS Pro Package you need to do the remaining steps here: Install Crime Analysis Add-In - Crime Analysis | ArcGIS Solutions for Local Government   (I've also summarized below)  Sign in to your ArcGIS organization and click Content at the top of the website. Click My Content tab, and then click on CrimeAnalysis.zip to open the item page. Click the Download button and browse to a folder on your computer. Extract CrimeAnalysis.zip. lindsay_thomas@esri.com Below is a summary to the resolution that John figured out and shared with me via email: I decided to run the Campus Locator using the ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.25.  This inadvertently caused the application to not support the ‘label’ tag of the config.js for the popupFields.  I resorted the application back to 3.20 which supports the ‘label’ tag as well as the labeling from AGOL. John, please jump in if I missed anything -Lindsay Also, just a bit of information about configurable JavaScript applications created by the ArcGIS Solutions team, the application was created and certified on ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.14. However, when updating the API to a higher version there could issues related to the upgrade that may require addition coding\fixes. If there is a business need to increment the API version of the application then this may make sense, however, if the update is just related to using a newer version of the API, if may not be worth the additional level of effort to fix issues related to the using the higher API version.  ... Hello Luiz,  I looked at your config.js and services.  It looks like the service has lowercase field names (Layer: Building (ID: 3)   for example buildingid.  But, the configuration file is using uppercase fields for example BUILDINGID.  I think making the fieldname case match in the config.js should fix the issue -Lindsay  ...
