As of last night, you have a new button in the admin data report for your site which will allow you to clear the cache on your own. Hi David, At this time we do not currently have plans to support downloads of file geodatabases. We have, however, discussed adding support for geopackages as that is an Open format. Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback and your ideas, we love to hear it. As to your two specific requests: 1. We have discussed additional formats quite a bit internally. Our stance is that we would like to support open formats. As an alternative to file geodatabases we have considered geopackages. Are you familiar with the format? Would that fill the same needs that are driving your request for fgdb? See here for some info about geopackages. 2. We are working right now on a feature that would allow you to see site views, dataset views and download counts aggregated across your site over the last 30 days. Hi all, We released a fix to production today that dramatically/permanently lowered the backlog of harvesting jobs. As a result, you should see many fewer cases of "feature service which has no datasets" and faster harvests in general. Large datasets with many attributes can still take quite a long time to harvest, but in general you should see changes showing up within an hour.
