It looks like there is an issue with the projection you are using for this dataset. As projected downloads is a beta feature, we expect to see issues like this one crop up. I would recommend that you disable projected downloads in your admin capabilities section for this site while we investigate a fix for the underlying issue. Will that work for you?

Thanks for the suggestion Chris, but that actually won't fix it. Rommel, I've identified the bug and will have a fix soon. In the meantime, please disable projections on your site. As this is a beta feature, we expected to run into a few bugs. I'll notify you as soon as a fix is in place. Daniel

Hi Malcolm, sorry for the delay on this. I've taken a look at the site and it appears that the tracking calls to Google Analytics are being made correctly. I am not sure what else I can do from my end to resolve your problem. Can you post some screenshots of your analytics dashboard that shows the referral spam? Daniel

So this is a little tricky, but data.json is doing the right thing and the search results is doing the wrong thing. When ArcGIS online items point to a single layer the Open Data dataset will take it's name from that layer. So in this case, the dataset name is supposed to be CIP. In fact, if you go into your Admin Data Report and hit the refresh button, you will see the dataset name change to CIP since that is what the ArcGIS Online Item is titled. I recommend that you go into ArcGIS Online and change the item title to Capital Improvement Programs. That should fix your issue. If it doesn't please let me know. Also please note, that your data.json will only update every 18 hours. So the changes may not take place immediately. Let me know if you have any questions about all this. Hi Alex, It is not possible with ArcGIS Open Data at this time. All data that you share will be 100% available to the public. You have the option to keep your site private but the ArcGIS items will still be public and viewable by anyone. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Hi Brian, There could be any number of issues causing these failures on your server. The best thing to do is bring these messages to support and have them work through your particular server configuration and service definition. Unfortunately, there's not much we can tell you about how to resolve these issues without access to those things. We're working on common fixes, but it's going to take time to gather those. Please let me know if support is unable to help you fix this problem. Daniel Fenton Product Engineer | Open Data

Hey Chris, it looks like this server is failing to execute queries at all now. Did you make any changes to your service? http://atoll.floridamarine.org/arcgis/rest/services/FWC_GIS/OpenData_MarineEco/MapServer/6/query?where=1=1&returnIdsOnly… { error: { code: -2147209212, message: "Failed to execute query.", details: [ ] } }

Hi Chaya, glad you were able to find the info you needed. The alert you are seeing does not reference the number of features at all, it is just about the max record count. If you were to add 9,000 features to the layer, it would cause a performance problem, so we alert you as soon as we see it. Make sense?

You should still go through support to keep this process moving. I’m not sure that it’s valid for these layers to return incorrect statistics, even if they are representations.

We use statistics to figure out how to page through all the data in your service. On your services, that is broken. Here's an example: http://mapviewer.lynchburgva.gov/ArcGIS/rest/services/OpenData/Planimetric/MapServer/2/query?f=json&outFields=&outStatis… This endpoint says that the minimum object id is 3276791. However, when I visit this endpoint, I see that the actual minimum id is: 3309296 Query: Structures (ID: 2) Because the stats report the object id is so much lower than the actual minimum, it looks like there are no features. This is not something we can work around. Your only recourse here is to take this information to support and see if they can help you fix these errors. Please let me know if you have any questions. Daniel
