Jamal,  Here you go. The tool will do the following: 1- stop the selected services. (optional, if you  want to run the tool without stopping and starting the service leave the services unselected)  2- delete the old gdb's.  3- copy the sde data to the destination folder. 4-start the services again. let me know if you had any issues running the tool. After reporting this to esri customer support, after several tests we found out the this is a bug in ArcGIS online, and it appears when you disable the setting "Members can search for content outside the organization" if this setting was activated the items will show in the org tab. Jamal, This is the Map display performance in seconds at that scale "1:23118" . Its the  mxd performance at this location of the map  at this extent.  It doesn't mean that the service will have the same performance, but this is a method that helps you to find out if you're MXD is well designed at that scale (not showing too many features that will affect the server performance).  You can almost  get the same number if you used Mxd Prefstat. always make sure that this number is less than 3 seconds. also, when you run the mxd prefstat enter the X and Y for the most crowded  area in your MXD .   mxdperfstat10.6.exe -mxd "D:\A.mxd" -xy -73.985;40.754 ... It will help you to save some memory on the server, but as Jayanta said you can use it for rarely used services, otherwise it will cause performance issue since the user have to wait till the server creates the instance then the request will be processed!
