There's nothing out-of-the-box that I am aware of. You'd have to write something custom if you wanted an interactive tool, that perhaps used the analysis tools. What you could possibly do out of the box is create a spreadsheet with your addresses, add them as a layer, then use the analysis tools to overlay it on top of the polygon layer. Thanks, Mike

When you author custom basemaps, only the basemap layer is used; thus you don't see your other layers. The API currently supports multi-layered basemaps. The user interface in arcgis.com doesn't expose this currently, although we would like to expose this. If you add the WMS as an item in My Content first, you can select the layers to include. Then add it as the basemap to the web map. thanks, Mike

No there isn't a way to do this with the default application. If you know JavaScript, you could download the application, customize it and put it on your web server. You'd have to have your own ArcGIS Server with a geocode service running that you could point to. thanks, Mike

Brian, Did you disable anonymous access to your organization? If you are using the URL that reflects your organization URL, users will be required to sign in, even though the item is public. Alternatively, you can use the arcgis.com URL to the item. Can you post a URL to one of your public services? Thanks, Mike

your arcgis server is not accessible to me. I am unable to hit the service directly outside of arcgis.com. Also, I noticed that theses services are added via https to the map, this may be causing an issue. Perhaps there is some authentication going on between your web browser and server. Once you hit the service endpoint directly, you may be getting authenticated, which then allows the service to be seen in arcgis.com Thanks, Mike
