Are you running in the chrome browser? It looks like you have your organization set up with SSL, but your service is non SSL. The browser may be blocking the content as insecure. Do you need SSL on your organization? If so, you'd need to use SSL for the services you add. For example, this URL works because the map is not being accessed via SSL. http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=8b8615138aaf43bfbdc525edd924c3b7 Thanks, Mike

No, there is nothing out-of-the-box that would allow you to do this. You would have to write a custom application to possibly do this. You would also have to have your own street data because the street basemaps that are part of ArcGIS Online are tiled images, not vectors. Thanks, Mike

This sounds like a configuration issue. Is ArcMap pointing to the right place? Check your portal connection. http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/0003/00030000001p000000.htm If so, you can test your connection by checking the ArcGIS Connection properties. http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#//00sp00000023000000 Is the sign in to ArcGIS Online button even available? It's possible something is getting blocked. If you can use a program like Fiddler, which logs network traffic, you may be able to see some error messages. Hope this helps, Mike

The people outside your organization must have their own organizational subscription. In this case, you can create a group and invite those people in. In order for you to find those people to add to the group, their profile must be set to allow public access. Once added to the group, items shared to the group will be visible to all members. People with free public accounts will not be able to join your group. Thanks, Mike

I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to do...but it seems like you have your own tiled images and you want to display them over the basemap. In addition to the coordinate system, the tiling scheme has to be the same (e.g., the tile dimensions, resolution). You can see if your layer will even display by checking the box to make your layer the basemap. thanks, Mike

I don't think this is a display issue. I believe the service doesn't have features in the area. I tried displaying this layer in ArcMap, with the same results. ArcGIS.com sends the queries to the service, but the service doesn't return any features. There may have been some error when creating the service that the features didn't get loaded properly. Interestingly, you must have deleted or unshared the service, as I can't access it anymore. THanks, Mike

Is this feature layer hosted in ArcGIS Online or running on your own ArcGIS Server? How is editing enabled on the item? Can you list out the specific details? Thanks, Mike

When editing the web map, you can override the scale visibility of the map service through the context menu on the layer (small arrow next to layer name). There is a scale visibility option. This will allow you to set the scale range *narrower* than that of the service. You can't set it beyond the values that the service supports. I would think that you could just update your map service with the new scale range. If the layer in the web map doesn't update to reflect that range, go to scale visibility again and set it. It may be that your web map has overridden the default of the map service already. Thanks, Mike

For hosted feature layers, you can export to shapefile and CSV from the item details page of the layer. http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/arcgisonline/index.html#/Use_hosted_features_and_tiles/010q000000z6000000/GUID-47A1D795-B330-45D7-89F7-9203A99E6924/ Thanks, Mike

1. When viewing pending members, you should be able to remove an invitation by clicking the Gear icon under the Actions column. If you chose the option to pre-create the login, then there is no invitation and the user is already member of the organization. They would appear in the Current Members list and can be removed. 2. Disabled users are still members of the organization and consume 1 user spot. The purpose for disabling a member is to prevent usage on that account. For example, if someone quits your organization, you can disable the user until you are able to reassign any items or groups they own. The, once you've cleared out their content, you can delete the user. Thanks, Mike

Did you publish from ArcGIS desktop or ArcGIS.com?Sometimes there are problems publishing. Are you seeing any error messages? Do you have a full subscription with enough credits? If publishing from desktop, what version do you have? What web browser and version do you have? I'd suggest trying again. If you still experience issues, perhaps you can share your data with us so that we may try to reproduce the problem. Thanks, Mike
