Yes, there is a problem here. Did you need people to access this map publicly now? You can share this link instead... http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=fb25c4b74bb44fb488264aaca700b5f0 Thanks, Mike

You can't remove a basemap. You can change the basemap by selecting the Basemap option on the menu bar, or adding a new layer to the map and specifying it should be the basemap. Thanks, Mike

@jprado Your link doesn't work for me. I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to do. Are you trying to reference a CSV file on the web? Perhaps you can provide the URL to the CSV you are accessing. Thanks, Mike

@aclark13 Explorer Online will allow you to geocode up to 250 addresses. This functionality is not yet available in the Map Viewer. Thanks, Mike

I don't have any issue seeing a map with a CSV on an iPad... either using the native Safari browser or the iOS app. Perhaps you can share the URL to the map you're having trouble with. You would also need to share it with everyone first. Thanks, Mike

The scalebar is not changeable at this point. It's something we will address in the future. As far as the help, it is up to date. You can see the map contents by clicking the Details tab, then clicking the middle button on the details tab to show the contents. Thanks, Mike

Explorer Desktop maps can only be read in Explorer Desktop. You need to create a web map in ArcGIS Online directly. From the Maps tab, you can create your map and add the CSV file (1000 feature limit). Thanks, Mike

I know I can do this with the javascript API, I was just looking for a quicker way with ArcGIS.com, I guess there isn't one? Not that I'm aware of... Mike

Currently when you open a web map in ArcMap in 10.0 or the upcoming 10.1 release, it gets converted to an ArcMap map document. Your map document contains the same map service layers as the web map and starting at 10.1, layers that are based on map notes or uploaded files get converted into file geodatabase feature classes that you can immediately work with. There's no automatic connection back to the web map in ArcGIS Online. Any changes that you make to the map you opened in ArcMap are just stored locally in your map document. So if you delete or add layers, or change how the service layers are drawn, that isn??t reflect in the web map. Having a subscription is what will allow you to publish your data into ArcGIS Online. From ArcGIS desktop, you'll be able to take your map documents and create web services out of them--initially, tiled map services and feature services. Thanks, Mike

The basic viewer allows you to turn layers on and off. It doesn't display a table of contents, but there is a dropdown menu option that shows a list of layers. Mike

Your ArcGIS Server must be running version 10 sp1 or greater. I believe that the iOS app supports collecting a username and password to connect to the service. I'm not sure about the other platforms. You might try cross posting to the appropriate forums. Thanks, Mike
