I have tried to stay away from doc review, knowing it will be reviewed, and we are so late in the beta.

It was the whats new doc. It now works. http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapps/silverlightviewer/help/index.html#/What_s_new_in_the_ArcGIS_Viewer_for_Silverlight_1_0_Final/017700000048000000/ Yesterday, when I saw it it was located at the root where the Welcome page is located. Today the link is in the Introducing folder, and connects as expected. I am posting to api on beta forums, btw, since there is no beta link for the viewer.

You continue to surprise me, Jason. Aren't you one of the python wizards, is this one of your tools? I can retest here, and bring along. or upload. Either way, whatever is easiest. Trying to hit gp tools this week, so I can focus for next.

So, I have both a client access and a cross domain at my root, but I am still seeing the error that they may be missing; it seems like I can create a new site but unable to edit a copy of another site or just edit my original site. I can copy and delete.

Killed it, need to do other things. ...TestTol.gdb [File Geodatabase] ...Foobar ......AssessorGIS_ACR_GIS_ParcelLines ......AssessorGIS_ACR_GIS_Parcels ......aoi ......Foobar_Topology ERROR 999999: Error executing function. Cannot register as versioned on this database. Cancelled function (ExportXMLWorkspaceDocument) aborted by User. Failed at Tue Jan 17 13:45:04 2012 (Elapsed Time: 2 hours 49 minutes 11 seconds) Problem I see is that this was a file GDB so, why an error that says Cannot register as versioned on this database. �??

So, I kicked this tool off at 10:55 am on a 500 MB File GDB, and at 1:30 PM it is still going, so is this expected to take this long for a 500 MB file? Executing: ExportXMLWorkspaceDocument C:\beta\GDB\TestTol.gdb C:\beta\GDB\TestXMLDoc.xml DATA BINARY METADATA Start Time: Tue Jan 17 10:55:53 2012 Exported to C:\beta\GDB\TestXMLDoc.xml: What is weird is it is saying Exported, should it say Exporting... I would also expect something to be printed after the : like some sort of progress, since the colon I think denotes that something will be printed to the tool dialog.

So, what are the file names THAT we cannot remove? What is the suffix? I am having a hard time trying to delete something to test this out. I tried a a00000009.gdbtablx file, but that was unable to be recovered. Not that I would normally do this, since a file GDB is kinda like a coverage in that you just don't touch inside of explorer... So, the recovery is only for simple FCs, but if the simple FCs participate in a topology, and you have accidentally removed a file, does the fact that the file is from a layer, a simple layer, that happens to participate in a topology negate the ability to be recovered?

I don't thank you enough Craig. You ( and a few others...) have been instrumental in the setup of our GIS since 9.2, so once again thank you for your continued assistance. Sorry for the dup on the Thanks, but it needed to be said.

If the catalog is still present, then table names will be preserved, it not, names will be assigned. I think it should say, If not
