Hi Ryan, The Creator filed isn't editable as you mentioned, in everyother case than your own, you wouldn't want this updated. I'm adding James Tedrick in case he knows of a solution. It is possible to publish data and maintain editor tracking so I'm wondering if there is something we may be able to look into during this recovery process. Hey Jeff, The cost of credits for tile generation has been reduced significantly, 1 credit per 10,000 tiles generated. You can generate 100,000,000 tiles for 10,000 credits (although that is a lot of tiles). I would recommend publishing a hosted feature layer and then generating a tile service from the feature layer. This enables you to take advantage of a few pieces of functionality that can keep your layer up to date and only generate the tiles that you need/are requested. If you only view one portion of your data, you won't be charged for the tiles that aren't created. On the settings tab of a tile service in AGOL, it will list the total tiles and the tiles published so you can understand where tiles have been created and how many tiles would be used if you pre-built all of the tiles. This blog describes the functionality that is available when generating tiles automatically from feature layers: Publishing tiles from features: efficient, automatic, and economical Publish hosted tile layers from hosted feature layers—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS -Kelly

Hey Bradley, To provide a little more detail about the response that you received, encryption at REST actually applies to the services in organizations that have been activated, not services that have been published since March. If your organization was activated after March 10, your data will be encrypted at REST. Here is a more detailed response: We are in the process of enabling encryption at REST for all organization hosted in ArcGIS Online All organizations that have been activated since March 10, 2018 are encrypted at REST for hosted feature services. Organizations that were activated prior to March are currently in the process of having encryption at REST enabled for hosted feature service. This process is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2018 when this will be widely communicated. Please let us know if you have more questions, -Kelly Randall Williams will follow up with you about the email issue.

Do you constantly wish for better ways to organize ArcGIS content based on subject matter and descriptive qualities rather than just the item type and last modification date? Do you want to find your roads feature layer with 2012 data rather than looking for layers that were created in 2012? The April 2018 update of ArcGIS Online* introduced the ability to assign user-defined categories to items, creating thematic parameters that can be used as filters to refine search results and browsing experiences. Content categories enable administrators, group managers and users with the manage categories privilege to build a categorical schema for content that can then be used by members to categorize their items thematically. Check out the rest of this article here and let us know how you will use content categories in the comments below.

ArcGIS Online does not support publishing image services. In order to post an image service you need to publish to ArcGIS Enterprise. ArcGIS Online can consume image services and publish tile services depending on how you want to use your imagery. This blog has some information about new imagery apps available for consuming services: Two New Configurable Apps for Imagery (April 2018) Here is some information about the layer types that can be hosted in ArcGIS Online: Hosted layers—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS

Additionally you can publish a tile service from a feature layer if you want the performance improvements of a tile layer. When tiles are created automatically, they are only generated when users initially request them, only generating the tiles at the scales you need. Check out this blog for more information https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/publishing-tiles-from-features-efficient-automatic-and-e… Also, what version of ArcMap are you using? There were some older bugs about over estimating sizes for tile caches that were resolved in later releases of the software. -Kelly

HI John Plunkett, In order to determine specific credit usage for storage charges by user, you need to download the feature service storage report and determine the exact charges per users based on hourly charges. Storage credits are charged to the organization based on the total size of database storage and isn't managed per user. This blog has some additional details about understanding credits and strategies to manage them. https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/administration/five-strategies-and-tools-for-managing-credits-in… -Kelly

Hi David, The projections and zoom levels of web maps are determined by the first basemap that is added to the basemap layer. If you want to include the entire schema of both maps, I suggest adding the additional levels to the layer, but not building the tiles so that the structure is available to the web map on creation. -Kelly

Hi Shana, ArcGIS Online releases 4 times a year, usually seasonally (Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring), Although the exact time during the season can fluctuate, we do our best to let everyone know about high level changes to ArcGIS Online 1 month before the release. In order to be actively notified, please subscribe to the emails and keep your eye on the ArcGIS Online space on Geonet or twitter as we repost this information. For example, there is a new ArcGIS Online release planned for June 26th. https://community.esri.com/community/gis/web-gis/arcgisonline/blog/2018/06/07/whats-coming-arcgis-online?sr=search&searchId=e02afee6-b560-49ab-bf1a-e52d54f02fe9&searchIndex=1. James Tedrick can provide more information about how Survey123 communicates upcoming changes. When a new release of ArcGIS Online comes out, there shouldn't be any affect to your production applications. If you experience this, please get in touch with tech support as soon as possible. You can also test out the new release of ArcGIS Online about 2 weeks before the release to familiarize yourself with the new updates by joining the early adopter community https://community.esri.com/community/gis/web-gis/arcgisonline/blog/2018/06/12/test-the-next-version-of-arcgis-online?sr=search&searchId=bdb5bebc-5a6f-4199-afab-b6883d8eeaa3&searchIndex=0 -Kelly
