Are you able to share the web map? I would be want to compare the text of the web map that doesn't have the option to save and the one that does. You can get the webmap json by adding the web map ID into this url: https://www.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/<webmapID>/data?f=pjson

Hi Lukas, Is this your web map or is it owned by someone else? There is a setting that owners can set on web maps which prevents copies from being saved. If you own the map, then Tech Support will be the best place to start.

HI Julie, In terms of licensing you will need to have at least a Creator user type in order to be licensed to use ArcGIS Pro. If you were to license your product through with another creator user type, or single use license, you could interact with content through ArcGIS Pro based on the user type and/or Role assigned, within the limitations of the available privileges. When purchasing ArcGIS Desktop, it will include a creator User Type and an ArcGIS Pro license. For this reason, you should have a creator User Type. If you want to explore this licensing method, I suggest getting in contact with your account team

Thanks for the feedback Simon, Can you log an idea about your specific need. I haven't heard this request before, so it would be helpful to understand the workflow and if others are looking to accomplish a similar workflow. -Kelly

Hi, Sorry for the late response. There was an issue with the utility proxy (which provides authentication for services with stored credentials) on Friday which was resolved Friday evening PST. You shouldn't be experiencing further issues. If you do, please get in contact with Technical support. -Kelly

Hi Simon, You will need to add the layer twice and set specific scales for each layer. As long as you don't use the layer list widget or enable users to turn the layers on and off, the viewer of the app probably won't see two layers. -Kelly

HI Amanda, ArcGIS Pro is not compatible with the Editor user type. It can be added on to the creator user type, enabling editing in ArcGIS Pro. -Kelly
