Hi John, You can find this app by directly creating a web app from a template from the content page or navigating to a group with curated content, selecting share and picking create a web app. Here is a link to the item details page for the new app: https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=be33e212fb0e49d782836e35b59e30d0 Thanks, Kelly

HI Kathy, It isn't possible to directly transfer one user from one organization to another. You will need to create an account in the destination organization and copy/republish feature layers in the new organization. There are some partner tools that can help with the content transfer as well as using ArcGIS Online Assistant or manually transferring the content over (save as with web maps) download and republish feature services. Thanks, Kelly

You can also check the history of actions on the item using the history log outlined in this blog https://community.esri.com/community/gis/web-gis/arcgisonline/blog/2018/09/24/find-events-related-to-a-specific-item?sr=search&searchId=8eb8f209-baec-4b24-b189-84b19cca28c5&searchIndex=2. Either way, support is a good place to start looking into this. -Kelly

Hi, ArcGIS Online Hosted Feature Layers do support subtypes. There is a very limited authoring experience (configuring category rendering using unique symbols) from the ArcGIS Online UI. You can however construct subtypes through the Update definition REST API call: Update Definition (Feature Service)—ArcGIS REST API: Services Directory | ArcGIS for Developers or constructing subtypes and domains in ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro and publishing to ArcGIS Online. This thread contains an example:Restricting Field Visibility Based on SubType How are you publishing the data? Are you able to share the layer? -Kelly

Hi Pat, Sorry my bad, including add-on licenses with Enterprise login invitations isn't available yet. It is something that we are actively working on so I miss-spoke/typed. Are you able to share your ideal desired experience for inviting users to your organization/providing licenses. If it's easier to talk through than write, let me know and I can set up a call. Thanks, Kelly

Hi Reina, What are you looking to do with the users after you have selected them all? Would you like to assign a license or perform another action? The other User Types are available for purchase now. Once purchased, they will appear in your organization for use. If some of the new User Types are of interest to your organization, get in contact with your account rep. Thanks, Kelly

Hi Dan, There is a technical limitation with the current map viewer that does not allow us to implement group layers currently with the 3X Javascript API. The 4X Javascript API does have the functionality to display grouped layers. We are currently working on migrating Map Viewer to the 4X Javascript API which will bring along this functionality to ArcGIS Online tentatively planned for 2019. Currently, you can look to develop a custom application with the 4X Javascript API to access this functionality or continue to use dynamic map services hosted on a local ArcGIS Server. Thanks, Kelly

Hi Pat, Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry that you find the updated UI less intuitive than the previous design. Here are some instructions on how to achieve what you are looking to do. The ability to set default licenses for Enterprise Users who join automatically and are invited is coming soon and is available if you are using an invite workflow for Enterprise Users. In order to update multiple licenses for multiple members, start from the members page and select all of the users who you would like to assign add-on licenses to and click the manage add-on licenses button: From the Manage Add-on licenses panel you can assign a pro license and some or all of the extensions and other licenses: Thanks for the feedback about being able to easily find users who have not been using a specific license or haven't been assigned a license. It is possible to find out when users last used ArcGIS Pro using the license Activity button. It isn't possible to assign or re-assign add on licenses from this page, nor can you filter by users who don't have licenses. We'll consider ways to improve this in the future. I hope you don't mind if we reach out to you for more feedback about this issue. Let us know if there is other functionality that you are looking for. Please feel free to share your feedback or other workflows that would make administration more streamlined. -Kelly

Hi Ronald, Have you purchased GIS Professional User Types? If so, they should be present in your organization settings>Licenses> User Types tab. If not you will need to work with your account rep to purchase the User Types and then you can follow the change user type workflow to update your user type: Manage members—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS -Kelly

Hi Ronald, This blog should help to answer those questions: What's Coming in ArcGIS Online: Introducing User Types To answer your specific questions: 1. It is possible to change your user type to GIS Professional if you purchase a GIS Professional User Type. As they only came available as a specific User Type yesterday, I don't expect many organizations will have added them to their organization quite yet. Please note that a Creator User Type with an add-on ArcGIS Pro license will have access to the same capabilities and apps. There is no specific benefit to using Creator or GIS Professional it's more of a decision about how you want to assign licenses and capabilities to your users. As licenses can be added on to members, you can assign additional app licenses that aren't included in the initial User Type. 2. The User Type defines what capabilities you and your users could possibly have access to, but the role assigned specifies the actual privileges that are assigned to your username. Both Creator's and GIS Professionals have access to the same capabilities and can both be assigned an Administrator role. A Creator User Type has access to the same administrative capabilities as the GIS Professional. 3. A Creator is compatible with all add-on app licenses, so there are no limits to which apps can be assigned to members with this User Type. 4. When you purchase ArcGIS Desktop, you receive a Creator User Type and an Add-On Pro Licenses. User Types don't affect how ArcMap is licensed. If a Pro License was assigned to your user name yesterday, it will be assigned as an add-on license today. Nothing will change about how you use ArcGIS Pro or Desktop. I've been mentioning GIS Professional as a single User Type when in fact there are three levels of GIS Professional, Basic, Standard and Advanced that align with the licensing levels of ArcGIS Professional. If you were interested in a GIS Professional, you would want a GIS Professional Advanced to align with your current license. Please read through the blog and let us know if you have more questions

Hello, There are two issues mentioned in this blog that result in similar issues but are resolved indifferent ways. 1. There was a bug in the Java script API, which was fixed in ArcGIS Online last release (September 2019) and can be fixed through a patch to Enterprise 10.6.1 Esri Support Portal for ArcGIS 10.6 (10.6.1) This isn't an issue that was identified with ArcGIs Enterprise 10.5.1, so if you are running into this issue please check out the second issue or get in contact with Technical Support for more information. 2. Google Chrome V. 70, introduced an issue where features shift. This has been fixed in Chrome V 71 and 72. Chrome 71 should be released soon. For updates, check out this status page:Chrome Platform Status As this fix needs to be implemented in the browser, we suggest using a different browser or waiting for the new version. If you are experiencing the issue in a different browser, please get in touch with technical support to narrow down what is causing the issue. Here is a link to the bug logged from the chrome issue: BUG-000117959: In a Google Chrome web browser, an individual map se.. Please let us know if you have questions, -Kelly

Hello, When a service is secure and added to ArcGIS Online using the option to store credential, a proxy item is created which securely stores the information. When ArcGIS.com accesses the layer it goes through the proxy before accessing your service on your server. That is why you see the item url as https://utility.arcgis.com after it has been added. When you make the item public, it is still registered in ArcGIS Online as a service that needs to be connected through a proxy when this isn't needed. I would suggest deleting the initial item and adding the url as a new item. This way it will register the url without a proxy and your users can find and use the url. You will need to update any maps that had the proxied service with the new url. -Kelly
