Hi Ray, How are you sharing this map with your customer? There are some options that you can try with web applications that may address your issue. The most straight forward way is to limit the map zoom level in the web map is create your own basemap with your desired scale range. You have mentioned that this won't work, so some additional options: 1. As Jake Skinner mentioned, try using the Web AppBuilder using the functionality posted above 2. The Minimalist Configurable App also allows you to disable zooming 3. Consider creating a presentation with specific areas selected: Create presentations—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS You can also support the following ideas: https://community.esri.com/ideas/7015 https://community.esri.com/ideas/12160

HI Kendell, I kept getting an error message about your service being unavailable, but it did work several times. Are you receiving any errors on your service in your server logs? I will test the credit estimation functionality further. -Kelly

HI Kendell, Try the following steps. I did run into a few issues when I received errors from your service, so you may want to check your server logs to see what is happening with the service. I made the buffer just to ensure that the results were in the correct area. 1. Open web map 2. Set filter on the county parks location using the filter tool. Park Name is Three Lakes Park 3. Hit apply filter 4. Select Analysis tools> Find Locations>Find Existing locations 5. Choose Tax parcels as the layer containing the features for the attribute and spatial queries 6. Open the Add Expression and set the where attribute to within a distance of 7. Set up your query to look like the screenshot below: 8. Ensure that an appropriate result layer name is added 9. Select Run Analysis Let me know if this works for you, Kelly

I got 841 features for Three Lakes Park. If you are getting something different, then I think it may be a good time to get a case created with Esri Technical Support. Let me know your results and/or if you want some help connecting with support.

Thanks Kendell, It appears that one of your features is a multi-part feature, which is causing some additional polygons to appear in the analysis results. I shared a web map with the problematic feature filtered out with your group. As the multiple polygons refer to one set of attributes for this feature, they will be included in the analysis it part of the feature is included in your expression. -Kelly

Hi Kendell, I can't reproduce the error that you are encountering currently. Would it be possible to share the web map and the data? Are you setting the filter on the layer prior to running the analysis and then setting the complex query? Thanks, Kelly

The majority of the Technical Workshops will be recorded and made available to purchase through a third party. A few (about 50) technical workshops will be chosen to be uploaded to the Esri video website, E380, which is available to the public. Slides from the Technical Workshops will be made available on the conference proceedings website after the UC. Please note that the Road Ahead sessions (for Desktop, Server, Online, Runtime SDKs, Content, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, and Real-Time GIS) will not be recorded, so plan your UC agenda accordingly if you are interested in these sessions.

Hi, Views show the number of times the item has been viewed or opened. The view count will increase when you open the item details page or open the item in the map viewer. Requests show how often a request is made to your hosted service. The count will increase by one, each time the service receives a request. This includes actions such as panning and zooming in the web map or when the service is queried via a web map or application. The requests number should be higher than the views of the item if the service is used in applications. Read the following documentation for more details: Item details—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS -Kelly
