I did save edits before I knew about the workaround. I was deleting the faulty control points and replacing them with new ones where they belong. Now that I have the data frame set to the meter equivalent of my coordinate system it's not a problem. When I enter a control point, I have to switch the data frame back to feet.

I don't think you can set it up to do it on the fly. You may have to break your one layer based on a range of populations into several layers and put them in a group. Then you can give each layer a label weight with the higher population layers having higher weight.

Tim, I am aware of the workaround, and it does seem to be working although it is a pain. I just wanted to make folks aware of the issue - it took me quite a while to notice it was happening.

I have run in to problems with this bug while working with our parcel fabric, I just wanted to let folks know to put off upgrading to 10.3.1 or warn you not install the Parcel Fabric General Maintenance patch if you have downloaded it.

Lela, You can export each model as a python script, then you can copy all four scripts into one .py file enclosed in function definitions, then run each function in turn at the bottom of that file. def func1():
do stuff
def func2():
do more stuff
def func3():
and yet more
def func4():
last stuff
func1()
func2()
func3()
func4()

Every time I get that error it is usually the SQL Server Native Client. There is a copy in the database support files disk if you get the media, or it should be in your downloads list.

Are you using the Web AppBuilder or are you publishing from one of the templates on ArcGIS Online? If you are publishing from a template, the Basic Viewer App Template allows you to enter any color for the popup/header color.

All of that (dates, rate, total due) is in my original post - the address of the hotel is - 7450 Hazard Center Dr, San Diego, CA 92108 The hotel is 6 or 7 miles from the conference center, but there is a trolley station right by the hotel and the green line trolley takes you right to the conference center - about a 20 minute ride.

Something has come up and I am unable to attend the UC this year. I have a 5 night hotel reservation that I need to transfer to someone else attending the conference to avoid a cancellation fee. This is for the DoubleTree in Mission Valley - July 19th (Sunday) through July 24th (Friday) one room with a king size bed. It's the government rate - $142/night, with taxes the total bill will be $803.01. Anyone interested?

I gave it a folder for the target, but the tool (in the copy_tree call) copies the actual source folder (new_incedent) into the target folder making the geodatabase one level further down the directory tree than the tool is expecting, so when it tries to set the spatial reference on all of the feature datasets and feature classes it is getting empty lists.

I'm hung up on the set spatial reference tool (Set_Spatial_Reference.py). The distutils.dir_util.copy_tree call copies the source folder but the target geodatabase is missing that folder in its path. How do you get to the python file the tool on the MapSAR maintenance toolbar uses? It references the assembly cache as in Sephe Fox 's error message above.
