I'm not sure if this has been asked or not. Has anyone encountered this issue while using an Enterprise login for Survey123? Here's the quick rundown. If we log into ArcGIS Online with our Enterprise login and then select the apps button and open Survey123 it allows us to log into Survey123 online at https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys successfully and all surveys created by the individual can be seen. But if we log into https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys directly as an Enterprise login without first interacting with ArcGIS Online as mentioned above, then once it logs you in, there are no surveys visible. It appears to corrupt the login. For our example let's say we plug in the following value (After choosing Enterprise Account as our login option) when prompted with "Enter your ArcGIS organization's URL below:" This is a fake value, but for the example let's say we input user (making it user.maps.arcgis.com as our fake ArcGIS organization's URL) and then we finish logging in using our Enterprise Credentials (username and password you typically use for accessing your computer) which in this example we'll use [email protected] as the email. When we finish logging in we should see the username as [email protected]_user When you log in like I mentioned first through ArcGIS Online and select the Survey123 app from the apps list you can log in and see your created surveys. You username shows up correctly. But if you skip opening ArcGIS Online first and go straight to https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys and log in, it corrupts the username shown. When you click the profile button which displays the email address (in our example it would read [email protected]) The username shown looks like this: TestUser%40Testing123.com_user We understand that %40 is the symbol and number used to represent "@" but it is our feeling it shouldn't be here under the username and is the reason you cannot log into https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys without logging into ArcGIS Online first. Can someone at Esri or someone familiar with what I've explained in regards to Enterprise Account logins test this out and see if they encounter the same bug I've discovered? If there's a workaround (Esri?) could you please share it. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

John we do this with GeoEvent Server and it works great and is almost instantaneous once the survey has been submitted. We also use Survey123 and build in warnings so it displays a contact number of the group that deals with values being out of range for a particular question. This allows the user to click the phone number shown to immediately call the person. You could do the same with an email address I'm sure.

This is strange behavior and I'm not quite sure why this occurs. When a survey is captured and submitted when you go on https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys to view the survey in the data view it appears that some fields are storing blanks like let's say there was a choice in the survey for State. Then the person using the survey selects Texas as the state. When you view the record online all the fields will have values but the state field for that record is blank (Note: This only happens for a select few items and not all records will be missing a value for State.) Here's the crazy part when you click on the record online to make it pop up so you see the questions and answers view, the state is listed right there. Has anyone else seen this behavior?

Good morning, Why is the "PUBLIC" choice which is supposed to now be active on the Survey123Web application not working like you said it was. It's currently grayed out. I spent a lot of time creating an online survey instead of using Survey123Connect only to see this and be pretty disappointed. What's the deal with it? Thanks for your help.

Ismael, I just received news from Mark James at the Esri UC that Survey123 for ArcGIS - Version 1.5 includes the Appearance choice of Autocomplete. When I create a new form, it's there for me to choose, so I know it works (For new forms that is). But I'm trying to select it on an existing form that we worked hard to create and the original 6 choices (signature, minimal, compact, multiline, horizontal, horizontal-compact) are still the only ones available (See the attached image). FYI: I've even done the Survey update button (See the attached image too) to make sure it was all up to date and still no luck with the Appearance field. We need the Autocomplete to work, but do not wish to rebuild an entire survey to make it happen. Do you have any suggestions to help us make the new Appearance choices show up in this survey? Or ... Do I have no choice but to do a complete rebuild on our survey? Thanks Tony Strothers Gulfport

Mike, I'm not with Esri, but ran into the same type of issue. I uninstalled Survey123 and then deleted my download file too. I totally redownloaded, reinstalled, and it finally worked. I'm sure you've probably done that already, but if you haven't ... Give it a shot. Thanks! Tony

I just wanted to touch base again and see if you guys had time to review what my GIS Manager posted on the last REPEATS thread the other day in regards to images not showing up for us whenever we use the Repeat function. Here's what Mark posted ... I'm working with Tony on this project. We realized the table does show attachments are enabled and that's where the images are stored so disregard Tony's question. What we have discovered is that images are being saved but we are unable to view them in ArcGIS online. If we export the feature service to a FGDB we can view the images in ArcMap. However if we use the map that is created when we publish the form we have noticed that the related "repeat" table does not show in the details tab and we can not view photos. We also tried creating a new map and adding the feature service which does pull in the related table but again were unsuccessful at viewing images. We used the sample form in the XML documentation in the Repeats section. This form gave us very similar behavior in that the default map created by publishing the form did not allow us to view images but when we added the feature service to a new map the related layer was also added and this time we were successful in viewing the images in AGO. The difference here is that the sample form used a geo location point and created the "repeat" table as a layer instead of a table. This issue only exists when using the image type in the repeat function. We do not have any problems viewing photos in AGO when not using the repeat.

Ismael we have noticed when it uploads the finished form to ArcGIS Online that there appears to be no blob type field related to the images. S houldn't there be one? I'm attaching a screenshot of what the related photo layer looks like.
