Am new here, not sure if i am posting in the right place so please forgive me if i'm not.
i tried the arcgis trial cloud and managed to plot a 3d map that fits my needs on my personal desktop, now when i tried to load it on my corporate laptop it simply shows a single sentence stating problem loading Scene Viewer, your browser isn't using hardware acceleration for rendering which is required for displaying interactive 3D scenes.
i already checked that i am using the minimum requirements and have WebGL2 supported, hardware acceleration is also on and my integrated graphics card is intel IRIS xe which also supports hardware acceleration as well.
any help will be appreaciated.
