I am wondering if anyone installs ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 Utility Network and Data Management Patch? It includes some location referencing fixes that I do not see installed with other patches. We do not use Utility Network, so not sure if we should or not. We are not ready to upgrade to 11.x yet, so wondering.
Thanks for any advice.

@MasaoMatsuoka Great question and here's my insight. The Utility Network and Data Management Patch includes many geodatabase and branch versioning fixes. So Roads & Highways implementations with branch versioning should install these patches (irrespective of Utility Network). This is a best practice recommendation.
There isn't necessarily a downside to installing it. Even if you don't benefit from any of the bug fixes contained within the patch, you can still install it. It won't hurt anything. Just follow your organization's procedures when installing it (backups, etc.)
Thanks for the quick reply. That was what we thought but wanted to make sure.
