QML App showing black screen when taking photo in android device

We are modifying a Quick Report App for our company. When testing on an android device using AppStudio for Android and also with the APK, clicking the camera shows a black screen with photo controls but no image. However in AppStudio On iOS, the App works.

Any help is appreciated??

AppFramework: 4.0.93

Qt version: 5.12.3

I suggest you post this in the AppStudio for ArcGIS‌ space as they may have a better idea what is going on with the app. Sounds like something with the camera feed is not rendering correctly.

Can you tell us what make and model of the Android device? And the version of Android?

We also have a newer version of AppStudio, version 4.2.x, with Qt version 5.13.1, that might have fixed this.
