How to connect an arrow with the border of graphic object?

I created dynamical display by using arcgis pro sdk and I show the connections between nodes. For this I used an arrows (I'm use ArcGIS 100.2), the arrows connected with the centers of objects, but I want that arrows would be connected with the borders of objects!

Is it possible to do that?

Hi George, is your screenshot of the existing behavior? If so, can you post a mockup of what you are wanting to happen?
