Install ArcPy Functionalities to Docker image

I need to build an Docker image that able to do ArcPy functionalities. this image going to use on AWS lambda so lambda can perform ArcPy functions

Gonna be hard seeing as how you need the arcpy conda environment and arcpy functionality is tied to an active arc license that it pulls from an ArcPro install.

You might be able to hack it with an offline license file that locks up one of your licenses.
