CP_FOPEN error: Permission denied

Ever since installing the new arc pro on our server (version 2.5.0 with arcgis api for python version 1.7.1), we get the following list of permission denied errors when running python scripts from within Pycharm.  Strangely enough, the script still runs fine. I'm just wondering what the CP_FOPEN error is and how to get rid of it.

I am running the most up-to-date version of Pycharm and am running it as administrator on a Windows server.

I know you posted this a while ago, but did you ever find the cause/solution? I'm running into the same error and can't find anything when I look it up. I'm wondering if it's a conda/environment issue but nothing I've tried has worked so far
